  1. I have no problem with jump balls in general. Maybe I should defer to Allen but Kroft to me doesn’t strike me as a “trust him to come down with it” kind of player. Then again, he did come down with it. But just looking at how Allen threw the ball it was reminiscent of the 2018 Josh “doing too much” that we simultaneously love and hate.
  2. It’s a low percentage throw and it was on first down iirc. When you’re up by 18 playing a high powered offense you can toss it away and live to see another day. Throw downfield yes but don’t heave up prayers to JAG tight ends.
  3. Are you logged in on the app?
  4. Brother, you know not what you ask
  5. That's kind of the point of film, isn't it, to slow it down and show your QB EVERYTHING that's happening in those three seconds so they can recognize it in real time later on? You don't think that when Daboll says "hey you came off your first read too quickly" Josh is saying "yeah that's easy at a desk coach but a bit more difficult in real life," do you?
  6. He's picking nits to a certain extent, but understand he comes from a different place on Allen than other analysts did. He saw him at Wyoming and liked what he saw, but recognized the issues with how Allen sees the play developing. He harps on it because he's seen the same things since 2016 or whatever. He does also say (different play) that you'll never hear a QB get criticized for hitting the checkdown and getting a positive play. He'd just like to see some anticipation and recognition of what's happening before it happens before he crowns the guy. On JT's longer all-22s he is never all sunshine and rainbows; there's always something to work on, something that was left on the field whether he's looking at Mahomes or Rodgers or Wilson or whoever. That's what the film is for.
  7. Thanks for posting, I like JT's stuff a lot. Looking forward to watching all half an hour (!) of his takes.
  8. Right, I've maintained that was the really only big mistake he made (could have easily run for the 1st).
  9. Yeah what the hell is all that? Is Lynn trying to say that Herbert made a ton of boneheaded plays and misreads that everyone watching (including Tony Romo) completely missed?
  10. Not to nitpick, but didn't Goff go to Cal? Did you mean someone else?
  11. She looks exactly how we probably all imagined she would look.
  12. It'd be one thing if they had comparable results. But they didn't. Tyrod came out and eked out a win against a very bad Bengals team with some Josh Allen rookie season numbers. Herbert stood toe-to-toe with the reigning Super Bowl champs and was one boneheaded play away from pulling it out, completing 2/3rds of his passes for 300+ yards 1 TD 1 INT. I get that nobody likes to give away a starting position due to injury, but sometimes it has to happen when the results speak for themselves. See: Prescott, Dak. Yeah Herbert hasn't won a bunch of games yet but not nobody can tell me they watched the Chargers' first two games and think that they should be passing on opportunities to give their rookie meaningful snaps after the way he played Sunday.
  13. Last Sabres game I was at was when they were in the middle of that 10 or 12 game winning streak back in 2018. I think that's the last time I felt anything remotely good about the Sabres.
  14. Kneepads are standard issue here.
  15. My dick, cost the late night fee yo’ dick, got the HIV My dick, played on the double feature screen yo dick, went straight to DVD
  16. Why’d you change your post? If what I said is so easily disproven then surely in a few simple sentences you could just blast away instead of quoting overrated Gen X aesthetic cinema.
  17. Most every (say his) name propped up by your astroturfed buddies at the “protests” were feloniously assaulting a police officer at the time of their death. Going all the way back to the original hands up don’t shoot lie. I know more about this than you could ever hope to. Don’t ***** in my hand and call it chocolate soft serve, brother. My squad has a terrible QB and every receiver has awful hands. Nobody’s killing anyone on offense here.
  18. 😂 the idea that criminals have a right to self defense but cops don’t. I want whatever you’re smoking
  19. Leftists when cops get shot trying to stop crime: iTs pARt oF tHE j0B Leftists when criminals get shot committing crime: REEEEEEEEEEEE EXECUTIONERS! HE WAS A GOOD BOY! WHO COULD HAVE PREDICTED THIS???
  20. Luckily each team supplies the balls for their offense and special teams so they likely got it back shortly.
  21. No. We have weapons as it is and this is not the year to be trading away O-line help, which is what the Eagles desperately need in a trade for Ertz. Not to mention that, even if the Eagles don't want players for Ertz, we're going to need every draft pick if we're gonna start paying Allen $40M a year.
  22. Yeah the "just throw it 60 times a game rook no worries" thing will get old fast behind those turnstiles.
