  1. “Derek Carr, David Carr, train car, I don’t give a *****. Bills by 30.”
  2. I more than made up for it with props but if Melvin Gordon doesn’t walk to the endzone I finish the night 4/4. Oh well, it’s gambling.
  3. lmao I should know better
  4. Rodgers will make him look like an All Pro because Rodgers and we’ll never hear the end of it here smh
  5. People said the same thing about the Texans last week I wouldn't be surprised if HOU is the team trying to get rid of a coach that no one likes.
  6. Degenerate gambling Thursday is here! I managed to snag the Jets at +3 but I'd still bet them at -1. And a rookie QB is getting his first start in primetime? Ok then, I'm taking Rypien over 204.5 passing yards and over 0.5 INT. I have no confidence in the Jets secondary so the yards will be there I think but Greggo should be able to give him some fits and force him into bad mistakes.
  7. I'm immune to all viruses; I get the cocaine, it cleans out my sinuses.
  8. I think the "local" CBS affiliate for Wanakena is the Carthage station which is showing Bills-Raiders. The area with Plattsburgh is served by the affiliate in Burlington.
  9. Something about fun as hell but never want your friends to see you riding one...
  10. As mentioned above NYS is broke to the tune of arguably violating union contracts to push off raises and begging the feds for money. Erie County who knows but NYS has nothing left. Also mentioned above is the fact that nobody really knows what's going to happen w/r/t virus/vaccine/"normalcy"/etc. Oil and gas took a big hit recently which didn't bankrupt the Pegulas or anything but it makes the fun money pile a little smaller. It'll go back up and probably past pre-covid levels but who knows when or how much. The league will probably ease up with the signaling to the Bills that they need a new stadium to start bringing in more of their "fair share" because of all the uncertainty and the focus on getting through this season semi-legitimately. We won't be hearing anything but rumors for a while, if I had to guess. All that being said, assuming the NFL gets back to what we're used to in the next couple years, there will almost undoubtedly be a new stadium.
  11. I would never stop giggling if ANOTHER can't-miss QB prospect decided to stay an extra season because the Jets were picking first overall.
  12. We can sneeze at it but Roman and Lawrence could be a good combination. That's, of course, with the big IF: if they can put together a decent roster.
  13. Erm actually NY football teams are a combined 3-0 while NJ football teams are a combined 0-6.
  14. ESPN: "iS tHIs tH3 neW bRAdY v mANniNG? Chiefs: "lol no" That said, Lamar is a phenomenal athlete and made the Chiefs D look like a pop warner squad with his legs at times last night. And had a pretty nice TD pass. Ravens O was just not in that game at all, Lamar included. Takes more than one game to convince me that a league MVP has departed.
  15. All good bro, just adding some levity. However, there are several marked differences between committing felonies and being a convicted felon and it's not just "oops some got caught some didn't." As someone with limited interactions with the criminal justice system I wouldn't expect you to know most of them. As to signing for a spouse, forgery requires intent to defraud so simply affixing your spouse's name to an official document does not a felony make. I've told a judge he needs to have his ass kicked...but in a bar and not in his official capacity as an officer of the court. In general, providing false information to a law enforcement officer is a misdemeanor but is also heavily situation dependent and typically tough to prosecute. In other words: in general, people who are convicted felons are convicted felons for several very good reasons. Not just because they did one dumb thing one time or because campus security found some weed under their dorm room bed. Criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree is a D felony in NYS, but you won't find a 20 year old kid behind bars for trying to buy some beer with his fake ID at the corner store. Etc. Etc.
  16. Intentionally setting fire with the intent to destroy property, or injure or kill another being a "surprising" felony is an early candidate for take of the week.
  17. On offense: Jacobs and Waller are both legit and we've had issues stopping TEs and the run. Ruggs changes the game when he's in there regardless of whether he's catching passes, as we saw against the Saints. Carr played well the first two games (haven't watched any Raiders-Pats*** yet). On defense - ehhhh highly suspect. Ftr I'm not "concerned" about this game.
  18. Well, it is Florida.
  19. Um, Florida automatically restores voting rights to most convicted felons after they complete their sentence. The only ones that need to go through an application process to restore them are those convicted of homicide or sexual offenses.
  20. Wins for today: CHI +155 LAR/BUF over LV/NE over IND/NYJ under DAL/SEA over AND SEA -5 parlay TB -5.5 GB/NO over GB +3 Losses for today: WAS +7 HOU/PIT under LV +5.5 3 four game parlays Got KC +160 left for tomorrow night.
  21. In that vein they’re paying Kroft $6M a year to show up for like three games so far. And they weren’t afraid to make Singletary disappear for games at a time last year in spite of his draft position.
  22. Let’s be real it was pretty clear weeks one and two that Knox was TE1. And that’s with the well-documented blocking issues and drops last year.
  23. Dungy has been away from the game for a long time and it shows. This isn’t one of the reasons why.
  24. Play stood after going to New York. The NFL will never say it’s a bad call much less fire anyone.
