I want to see the stimulant stacks they're pumping into these two before they go out on stage. If it can make both of them lucid enough to go 90 minutes in a debate it'll probably keep me working at my top form for 48 hours.

lol it’s one of my favorite albums of all time. Criminally under appreciated band. American grunge and post punk owe them an incredible debt.

The very narrow view on the quid pro quo arrangement is nothing new. From what I’ve read it’s an extremely popular and potent appeal by public officials looking to get corruption-related convictions overturned. Case involving New York somewhere in the process right now regarding our former Lt. Gov. Link for those who subscribe: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/08/nyregion/brian-benjamin-corruption-charges.html District court had directed the indictment for the bribery be dismissed because of the same reasons. Appeals court reversed.

The line from the DMV is great. "You're not required to get the repairs done at the shop that failed your car!" Fat lot of good that does people when the dealer is scraping the inspection sticker off your car whilst the rabbit ears embedded in every trooper hat in a 50 mile radius turn on you simultaneously.

A VAT isn't perfect but it's better than what we're doing now. Throw in some rebates at the lower levels and for having dependents and it's a winner. Not even sure it would be unpopular in real life. In NY cars newer than 2 years and older than 24 years are exempt from the emissions portion of the inspection. It should be noted that emissions inspections are required in some areas per the feds.

Aliens - Do they exist among us? What say you?

No. Any hint, story, "declassified" document, etc. is a psyop to distract you from the fact that the US, like other superpowers in history, has communed with demons in order to obtain technological advances that defy a credible explanation. Extraterrestrials/reptilians running the government is, like the fake moon landing, a cover conspiracy planted by the USG in order to cover up more horrible truths. Poor Bill Cooper went to his grave so close, yet so far from the truth. -
I know I need a small vacation But it don't look like rain And if it snows that stretch down south Won't ever stand the strain And I need you more than want you And I want you for all time And the Wichita lineman Is still on the line

Oh, my love, my darling I've hungered for your touch A long, lonely time Time goes by so slowly And time can do so much Are you still mine? I need your love I need your love God speed your love to me

Which is still well above median wage. And median wage doesn’t take those things into account.

I want a girl with a mind like a diamond I want a girl who knows what's best I want a girl with shoes that cut And eyes that burn like cigarettes I want a girl with the right allocations Who's fast and thorough and sharp as a tack She's playing with her jewelry, she's putting up her hair She's touring the facility and picking up slack I want a girl with a short skirt and a long jacket

Not gonna dox you but I can't believe how miserable your counterparts in Schenectady are on a daily basis. They can't keep anyone and they pay pretty damn well, before even considering tips.

If you talk to a gay man for any amount of time you’ll almost inevitably hear about the various older lovers he had when he was 13-17. He will look back on this with little self-awareness regarding his sexual maturation. Thread below, in which Chad tells people something they already know but refuse to state out loud or acknowledge.

If a court decided that in 1790 the subject would be executed within a week. And before it got the chance it’s likely the brothers and other male relations of the aggrieved woman would have taken care of it. What the founders didn’t imagine is a society chock full of anti-socials. I agree that those who display chronically anti-social behavior should be deprived of several rights.

Then who replaces them? Ravens have been mentioned but y'all must have short memories or just didn't watch the AFCCG out of spite. Dolphins? Still get sonned by Buffalo and KC yearly. Jets? I mean I guess there's an argument to be made but we haven't seen it on the field at all. Houston is ascending but not there yet. Dallas? Dog walked by Buffalo in the regular season and then again by GB in the playoffs. I get wanting to put the four championship game teams ahead of them but the Ravens looked so bad during huge stretches of that game and KC wasn't exactly lighting things on fire on offense.

The Truth vs. Alex Jones - A Must Watch

Yeah it's kind of weird spot to be in. Do they essentially put a lien on his business just seizing any profits until the debt is settled? Or just shut it down, call it a day and take the symbolic victory and whatever that means for them? I can't imagine it's going to be worth much by itself. Not like he owns a factory or something. -

I had the opportunity to talk to a couple Chicago officers before they shut down the gunshot detectors. Whenever a shots fired call went out patrol would sit in their cars and wait about ten minutes to let it sort itself out before responding. Apparently they had the right idea. -
In 2022 Milwaukee had a homicide rate of 37.6 per 100,000, good for fourth-highest among the fifty largest US cities.
