  1. Yes, him carrying a firearm underage (a misdemeanor) is good enough reason to charge him with a couple murders. And, by the way, there’s an argument to be made that it’s actually legal for him to carry that rifle in Wisconsin. All those folks crying about qualified immunity should really look into the agents of the government that have absolute immunity.
  2. Or they knew they had no case and charged anyway.
  3. Aside from the fact that the "racism" canard only affects you if you give a ***** about being called a racist, if you interact with any white folks in real life you learn quickly that "whites" is an internally diverse majority group. They have no sense of solidarity as a whole because, among other things, their loyalties are sifted finer than major race categories.
  4. Someone said yesterday that it's like watching the 90's Dolphins. I threw up a little but *****
  5. Nice 😩
  6. Easy, it’ll be 1 year with no booster for the first go around. The “Excelsior Passes” in NY expire one year after your second shot.
  7. Publishing stolen material is protected under the first amendment. Stealing material is not.
  8. Funny how freedom of the press only goes one way. SDNY is cancer. Has been for decades.
  9. lol not even 72 hours later. Can’t make this ***** up
  10. No, the reasonableness of denying bail is situation-dependent.
  11. There was a strong safety named Poyer Who took with a girl from La Jolla Vaccines she did lack - Though, that baby's got back, And torpedoes that'd sink a destroyer!
  12. I often have terrible, sweat-inducing dreams of the Nov. 9, 2014 loss to the Chiefs in which Bryce Brown fumbled through the endzone on a sure TD. I still have not forgiven Bryce Brown.
  13. Don’t get me twisted - I didn’t say that the Dems have overall lower connection to the working class than the GOP right now. I said the GOP has the opportunity to make big gains because the door is open wider than it has been possibly ever due to the Dems having lower connection than they have at least in decades. Now whether the GOP takes advantage of the opportunity (they won’t) is up in the air. The messaging post-Tuesday seems to indicate that they’re missing it.
  14. Were you asleep in late 2016? Lol it’s tradition now
  15. Counterpoint: Democrats are literally incapable of not doubling down. Admitting they were wrong about even one part of the ideology causes the entire thing to fall apart. GOP needs to hammer it all: the cultural issues AND the working class economic issues. Rare opportunity for the GOP here; the Democrats have never had less connection with the labor class than they do now.
  16. Nah, they sufficiently “fortified” the vote around 3am. I was shooting heroin and reading “The Fountainhead” in the front seat of my privately owned police cruiser when a call came in. I put a quarter in the radio to activate it. It was the chief. “Bad news, detective. We got a situation.” “What? Is the mayor trying to ban trans fats again?” “Worse. Somebody just stole four hundred and forty-seven million dollars’ worth of bitcoins.” The heroin needle practically fell out of my arm. “What kind of monster would do something like that? Bitcoins are the ultimate currency: virtual, anonymous, stateless. They represent true economic freedom, not subject to arbitrary manipulation by any government. Do we have any leads?” “Not yet. But mark my words: we’re going to figure out who did this and we’re going to take them down … provided someone pays us a fair market rate to do so.” “Easy, chief,” I said. “Any rate the market offers is, by definition, fair.” He laughed. “That’s why you’re the best I got, Lisowski. Now you get out there and find those bitcoins.” “Don’t worry,” I said. “I’m on it.” I put a quarter in the siren. Ten minutes later, I was on the scene. It was a normal office building, strangled on all sides by public sidewalks. I hopped over them and went inside. “Home Depot™ Presents the Police!®” I said, flashing my badge and my gun and a small picture of Ron Paul. “Nobody move unless you want to!” They didn’t. “Now, which one of you punks is going to pay me to investigate this crime?” No one spoke up. “Come on,” I said. “Don’t you all understand that the protection of private property is the foundation of all personal liberty?” It didn’t seem like they did. “Seriously, guys. Without a strong economic motivator, I’m just going to stand here and not solve this case. Cash is fine, but I prefer being paid in gold bullion or autographed Penn Jillette posters.” Nothing. These people were stonewalling me. It almost seemed like they didn’t care that a fortune in computer money invented to buy drugs was missing. I figured I could wait them out. I lit several cigarettes indoors. A pregnant lady coughed, and I told her that secondhand smoke is a myth. Just then, a man in glasses made a break for it. “Subway™ Eat Fresh and Freeze, Scumbag!®” I yelled. Too late. He was already out the front door. I went after him. “Stop right there!” I yelled as I ran. He was faster than me because I always try to avoid stepping on public sidewalks. Our country needs a private-sidewalk voucher system, but, thanks to the incestuous interplay between our corrupt federal government and the public-sidewalk lobby, it will never happen. I was losing him. “Listen, I’ll pay you to stop!” I yelled. “What would you consider an appropriate price point for stopping? I’ll offer you a thirteenth of an ounce of gold and a gently worn ‘Bob Barr ‘08’ extra-large long-sleeved men’s T-shirt!” He turned. In his hand was a revolver that the Constitution said he had every right to own. He fired at me and missed. I pulled my own gun, put a quarter in it, and fired back. The bullet lodged in a U.S.P.S. mailbox less than a foot from his head. I shot the mailbox again, on purpose. “All right, all right!” the man yelled, throwing down his weapon. “I give up, cop! I confess: I took the bitcoins.” “Why’d you do it?” I asked, as I slapped a pair of Oikos™ Greek Yogurt Presents Handcuffs® on the guy. “Because I was afraid.” “Afraid?” “Afraid of an economic future free from the pernicious meddling of central bankers,” he said. “I’m a central banker.” I wanted to coldcock the guy. Years ago, a central banker killed my partner. Instead, I shook my head. “Let this be a message to all your central-banker friends out on the street,” I said. “No matter how many bitcoins you steal, you’ll never take away the dream of an open society based on the principles of personal and economic freedom.” He nodded, because he knew I was right. Then he swiped his credit card to pay me for arresting him.
  17. Yes, continue with this strategy. It worked very well this time around.
  18. The GOP just made double digit gains in Virginia on the back of “cultural issues.”
  19. House flipping to R looks pretty good as of tonight. House Democrats in swing states gotta be scrambling right now. I predict that different sects of Dems in the House will draw different conclusions about the Gov races playing out tonight. Government will grind to a bit of a halt as a bunch of these guys will be trying to figure out how to save themselves come November, perhaps even get jumpy as primary challengers appear in the next few months. What positions will the incumbents tie themselves to in order to try to avoid a double digit swing in their own race? Ten months of government got them to where they are tonight. They’re going to feel a strong urge to try and right the ship quickly in a bid for self-preservation.
  20. Quick and dirty look at VA gov returns, seems like Youngkin flipped 12 counties/cities that went for Biden last year, and increased republican share in nearly every county/city that went for Trump.
  21. Her pronoun is socialist, self-identified.
  22. “Write-ins” lead Walton about 60-40 right now.
  23. Is his HS football team having that bad of a year?
  24. Y'all are just mad that he's rich and talented and good looking.
