  1. It’s 80+ out there today, hotter on the field. Jets D is fired up right now but if we can keep them on the field they’ll wear down in the second half.
  2. Offensive offside! Where’s the Patty whine gif
  3. He literally got blocked right into Johnson.
  4. Or he might just have been trying to avoid getting smacked in the face.
  5. No problem with that. It was a clear foul.
  6. Everything is beneath him.
  7. Helmet to helmet contact is a thing.
  8. Davis looked ok there
  9. Looks like they were ready for that.
  10. Did the team ask him to drop weight or did he do it on his own? If he did it on his own and it was contrary to what he was told in his exit meeting last January, then I can see why he didn’t get many preseason reps.
  11. Speaking of taunting.... Zay Flowers' Queen of England wave to the fans after his touchdown reminded me of Haywood Jeffires twerking in the end zone when the Oilers went up 28-3 in the Comeback, and Bryan Smolinski's smirk after scoring in that classic Ottawa playoff game. Karma is a big bad b word.
  12. They actually started just fine in all three phases. Great return to start the game, crisp short TD drive, aggressive defense. It was after that that they ran into problems. It didn't have anything to do with preseason game reps IMO. That's just a good team over there.
  13. Josh taking himself out of a game for "cramping" or anything else is inconceivable.
  14. 13 seconds, Music City, Dallas, Leodis, Minnesota, Titans failed sneak, Murray to DHop. Those are only the ones off the top of my head.
  15. There were some great individual performances on the Ravens’ side last night that ripped the scabs off some bad memories from throughout the years. I would have to watch the tape but just off the top of my head: - Lamar’s third-and-forever escape reminded me of what Randall Cunningham did to Bruce Smith all those years ago. Simply inhuman. - DHop’s catch reminded me of, well, DHop’s catch. - Henry’s stiff-arm reminded me of the Josh Norman play and the way he ran all over us put me in mind of Ricky Williams. Credit where it’s due… those were amazing plays by amazing players, and as football fans we can appreciate them. In fact, any ONE of them would have broken the backs of a lesser team. But not this team, and not this quarterback.
  16. Wow how stupid were they to throw there?
  17. We’ve been jobbed pretty good in our own house tonight.
  18. I feel like Cook got in on that
