Been goin to games for over ten yrs just bought 3 seats.excited for a new season,either line can't be worse than last yea, right? Anybody sit in section 314? If so, apporox what yard line? Looks to between 10 and 20. Thanx guys

In regards to DE's 40 time, Brian Billick had a great interview in which he stated how irrelevant the 40 time is. He said how they were ecstatic when Terrell Suggs fell to them because he ran a 4.89 forty time but on tape he was faster than anyone getting around the Tackles.

Just wanna point out that nearly every returning player on our roster is still improving as a football player. IMO, the only few that aren't would be Schobel, Stroud, and maybe Mitchell... and out of those three you gotta think Schobel will have a better yr than last yr. What I'm trying to say is we have a great amount of players entering the prime of their careers that need to take that next step. Lynch, Evans, Edwards, Whitner, McGee, Poz, McKelvin, Williams and to a lesser extent Butler, Youboty, Jackson, Spencer Johnson should all improve from last year to this yr making all of these positions would be upgrades from last yr. So you cant just go by additions and subtractions. Opinions??

whats with the games early in the year @ 405.... i mean i like tailgaitng in warm weather but i think our crowd will be even more drunk

Are you sure he ran a 4.38. That is what Lee Evans ran. You are telling me that Freeney is just as fast as Lee Evans?? Ihighly doubt that. A 40 time that does come to mind is a few yrs back Suggs ran in the 4.8s and everyone was weiry of drafting him top 10. He fell to Baltimore and they jumped all over him. You can throw out the 40 time for DEs. I would rather watch tape of them with a stop watch and time them getting to the QB or around the OT, combined with skills/moves. How much of a quick-twitch athlete they are??

I like the idea, but Tyson Jackson isnt the pass rush specialist that we need. He more of a 3/4 end, i guess he could play DT on pass rushing downs but i think we need either Orapko, Brown, Maybin ( possibly at LB), Johnson, or Ayers. Maybe we take a chance on one of these guys falling to us if we don't want to reach at 11. Or we could trade to around 20-25 and grab johnson/ayers. I wouldnt mind jonhson or ayers late first or early second. What about a LB at 11. Then trading up as we have done so often for ayers/jonhson. I do not think LG is as big of a need as LB and DE( this is if we do not sign a LB in free agency). adding two defensive pospects in the top 35 picks should greatly improve this young D. Also, if the Bills sign a LB in free ageny, look for the Bills to go after a play making safety. Lets say they sign June. trade down to 20-25, draft S Moore, Ayers and Mack in the second, and grab a TE in the 3rd. I like that scenario best

Don't quote me but it wouldnt surprise me if Plax and Brandon Marshall are similar possibly even slower than a 4.61. A 4.61 is very fast for a guy 6'6 and 220+.

The T.O. signing totally goes against the Bills philosophy of sticking it out with their young core of players. This signing shows that the Bills mean business THIS YR!!! so my thoughts last night and this morning are: Will the Bills go after some cap casualties? or maybe Jason Taylor? will they pull a trade similar to the Stroud one??? and I believe this signing changes the attitude of the FO going into the draft. I no longer think the Bills draft a position that takes a few yrs to develop. They need a player that will make an impact right away. LB has won def ROY honors I believe somehting like 6 yrs in a row. Who do we grab now in the later stages of free agency and in the draft???any ideas??

good points. Also, youboty looked good in the nickel spot before he got hurt. After his injury whitner was forced into that spot. Now we have Florence and Youboty in that spot, which IMO is pretty good when teams go 4 wide. Now we need a pure pass rusher, and a play making LB. Crowell??

If we sign Coles i think Reed gets cut or dealt. We would have way too much tied up in WR. Parrish may get dealt anyways. I'm Fine with Johnson and Hardy as #3 and #4. With Jenkins and a draft pick rounding out the corps.

What about Florence playing safety.... i think i read somehwere that he could play safety in a pinch. Also, this does open up a possible trade of McGee. mckelvin, florence, and youboty w/ corner doesnt sound too bad.
