  1. It's a sad, sad thing what happened to that little girl. She is gone and will never be back. With all the attention media creates certainly to GOD Nancy Grace can use her airtime to come up with something that may help soem people in this country for their good and the good of this country. Hey Nancy Grace, let it go, walk away.
  2. It is a soft offense based around the talent of two soft players: center and tight end. While Robert Royal is ok, wasn't he brought in as a blocker? Buffalo needs a TE who can stretch the field. Trade for HEath Miller. And wasn't LeCharles Bentley available when Melvin Fowler was? Not that Melvin will ever get this but football IS NOT a soft sport. Man up and grow a pair.
  3. Now I don't want anyone to get me wrong, but my thoughts about a QB are of the mindset that Buffalo needs one with a strong arm who loves the cold weather. A guy who grew up in the cold, and has played ball in cold weather. While Trent is improving and is a likeable guy we need a combination of a Trent Edwards and a JP Losman. Brains, arm and feet. Buffalo will probably snag another QB in this draft. Is there a surprise pick out there not many may think of? Like I said don't get me wrong I just don't see Trent being a 300 yard passer more than 3 times a season.
  4. Before everybody goes on bashing the head coach, let's take something into consideration from this past season: injuries. When Roscoe Parrish and Josh Ree went down, the offense was affected. Buffalo has a more then capable defense, if the starters are healthy, and Aaron Schobel wasn't. Buffalo is not far off from being a legitimate contender. A few starter positions need to be upgraded as well as a fewback-up positions. I'm thinking center, tight end, defensive end, and a free safety who can stay healthy. I was so upbeat at the beginning of least season until the injury bug hit. I knew then we were doomed. So let's get a couple more good players and throw injury bug out the door and then we can judge coach Jauron on whether or not he i s a good caoch.
  5. Well never saw it in that light, but it makes sense. kuddos
  6. I am almost in complete agreement with you. I do believe Buffalo needs to address that pitiful offense more than anything. They are constantly trading a player for draft picks, why not reverse it. I'd start by trading a 1 and 3 or 4 to Pittsburgh and get Trent a damn good TE in Heath Miller. Apparenly us fans don't matter though.
  7. There is no way I can possibly agree more than this statement here. Tell you what I'd do. Trade a 1 and a 3 to Pittsbugh for Heath Miller!
  8. Why bring in a player who doesn't want to be there? Show me the production there.
  9. I've seen all knid of mock drafts and seen them having the Bills taking all kinds of players. Who really stands out this year that the Bills can realistically get and contribute immediately? The same can be asked for free agency.
  10. As opposed to what we have, I am all for it. I am not particuraly excited about any of the tight ends coming out this year. He is experienced and Trent needs a good young TE to develope a good long relationship with. I'd go after him.
  11. Yeah one season and didn't they run him off?
  12. If JP starts, mark my words, there is no way in hell, knock on wood hell, that the Bills beat the Dolphins. Totally 100% absolutely 100% percent impossible (PERIOD)
  13. Hey I love the short high percentage passes as well as the intermediate ones, Buffalo has players that can run after the catch for those. But I like a QB who can scare the hell out of a defense by being able to throw the ball 80 yards.
  14. If I am correct the last three to four coaches Buffalo has had since going to the Super Bowl (Marv Levy Era) have all been defensive coaches. Dick Jauron, Greg Williams, Wade Phillips (good coach I think), and who? I'm not sure. I think defense is easier than offense in the fact that you need fast, strong players to make it work. Offense you need to be intelligent to find ways to out think the speed and strength that comes at you. Marv Levy, Jim Kelly, Frank Reich and them guys done this well. Buffalo needs an offensive minded coach or a awesome offensive coordinator who the coach will leave the hell alone.
  15. Does anyone know just what kind of range Trent's arm has? What is the limit? The longest possible?
  16. A few reasons why I like Trent: Jim Kelly likes the guy and Jim never liked JP He came with that letter of endorsement from Bill Walsh He has a chemistry about him that draws people to him and root for him He seems to have a level head on his shoulders He knows what to say and how to say it HE IS IN HIS SOPHMORE SEASON He has so much upside that we are just seeing the tip of the iceberg It takes time people.
  17. At this point in the season I am by no means of the mind set to release or fire Dick Jauron. He is a good coach, and the Bills are a good team. I believe some key injuries have left the Bills with the record they have. As far as a few important positional people are concerned, I am hoping that this year is just the sophmore jinks. Namely Edwards and Lynch. Turk needs to find more ways to be explosive with the ball and Jauron needs to leave him be with that. I believe a couple of key things need to happen in the upcoming off-season that will propel the Bills for the future. Whether through free agency, which is where experience can be found, or through the draft the Bills need to add a mean, no holds barred, bad a** center, and a stud, throw me ball to help you out tight end. At this point in the season regardless of how much he contributes I have to move Josh Reed down the depth chart and Hardy up. Time for that boy to start learning and Trent being on that bus with him. Yeah some of this may be babbling or off the wall, but I just don't think the Bills are that bad of a team.
