Can't be any worse than Edwards.

The O-line isn't always to blame

Nothing to get over, I just hate ignorant argumentative people. Your "opinions" are geared towards starting arguments, talk about wasting peoples time! -
The O-line isn't always to blame

Reading through this thread leads me to believe that dog14787 has got to be the most stubborn, irrational, narrow minded person posting on these boards. Most of your views are polar opposites of anyone elses. Hmm.. done on purpose? I think so, just so you can argue. How many more factual proofs does bandit have to give you? I really think you just like to argue, period. I think you are one of those people who gets a rise out of being a total pain in the arse. You must live one pathetic life! -
The Best OC to save TE's career???
FreakPop replied to RokpileR's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They both suck but I believe JP has more upside than Trent. Trent is what he is and that's not very good, he's had ample opportunity to prove he is/was a better option than JP and to this day has yet to prove that. I believe JP has the ability to get better. Would that ever happen, doubt it but who knows, he has been making strides under Fassel this year though. -
Where were you and what was your reaction

I was at my sons hockey practice and watching the ticker on ESPN go by on the tv when it said "Bills fire Jauron". At first I wasn't sure if I read it right and I had to wait like 5 minutes for the ticker to repeat itself to make sure I was reading it right. Then I was like holy cow, Ralph finally did it and a big grin came across my face. -
Charlie Weis or Rich Rodriguez for head coach?
FreakPop replied to dtgolder's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, no, and NO! Someone with Super Bowl experience please. Fassel, Holmgren, Shanahan, Cohwer, Martz, Gruden, Billick, Dungy or even NFL playoff experience like Hasslett, Schottenheimer. It's a pretty impressive list of whos who out there. They are the only team looking for a coach right now so they kind of have their pick. As of now that is, they can't wait until the end of the year when other vacancies come available. -
Theory on why Jauron was fired this week
FreakPop replied to fairfaxbill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think Ralphs old rival Bud Adams was the final straw. The left then right then left again middle finger salute and the double finale salute was all Ralph could bear. I think Jauron finally embarrassed Ralph so bad he had to do something. Thanks Bud Adams. This Bud is for you! -
Hey, Trent got another TD.
-
Holy cow, what did I just see?
-
Ohhhh... and Mr. Edwards has proven to to be just sooo much better. PLEASE GET A CLUE!

Finally .. The Real Problem Comes to Light

Dude, you just need to stop posting. You have got to be the most incompetent people posting on this board. -
Does Marty put up similar stats and awards that Dom put up if he were the Sabres goalie? NO WAY! There is no denying that Marty is a great goalie, it's just that Dom was better! End of argument.

Living up to your name I see. In less than 3 full seasons Cutler has 65 TDs and over 10000 yards passing and he is not a solid QB? Where do you people get this stuff from! In these guys first 3 full seasons I guess they were not solid QBs either according to some... P Manning 85 TDs and 12000 pass yrd Big Ben 52 TDs and 8500 pass yrd T Brady 69 TDs and 10000 pass yrd D Brees 55 TDs and 8500 pass yrd P Rivers 75 TDs and 10500 pass yrd D McNabb 54 TDs and 7500 pass yrd B Favre 70 TDs and 10000 pass yrd T Romo 81 TDs and 10500 pass yrd And then there is Trent, Trent is just not a good QB, nothing against the guy but he just isn't very good at being an NFL QB. T Edwards 23 TDs and 5000 pass yrd I think Cutlers numbers stack up pretty damn well and I would take him in a heartbeat. At this point I would not want Edwards as a back up either. The guy just doesn't have it.
-
I agree
-
Yeah, I agree. Edwards couldn't hold Cutlers jock. I wouldn't care what kind of arrogant cocky ego he has, he would be a 1000x improvement over Edwards. For those who can't see that don't know much about football.
-
Okay, whatever. Edwards blows and there is no way he will ever be better than Cutler. If you think he will but needs an offensive to prove it, I don't think you know much about football.
-
2.5 more times per game is now twice as often. Go back and look at your stats you provided. Wow just wow.
-
Nope, never said I like our offensive line nor did I say they were any good, just that the Bears were not much better. That is what the stats you provided say to me, so who is looking at them wrong? Not me.
-
Is there? I don't think so. 2.5 times more over a 60 minute game is not much. Now if it were like 10-12 more times a game then you would have a case, but 2.5 more, no way. Oh yeah that terrible offensive line that you mention has 300 more rushing yards than the Bears (granted in 1 more game, but still). Hmmm... they really suck don't they.
-
I don't think so. For the inexperience of the Bills line, the Bears line is not leaps and bounds better. The Bears have also played 1 less game. The Bills total of 56 man games for (LG,C,RG) compared to the Bears 422 man games is huge, and I have to believe the Bears tackles have more games played than do the Bills tackles. The sacks and hits numbers should drastically be in favor of the Bears and they are not. Sacks Bills 21 or 2.62 per game in 8 games played Bears 11 or 1.57 per game in 7 games played QB Hits Bills 54 or 6.75 per game in 8 games played Bears 30 or 4.28 per game in 7 games played Edwards/Fitzy are sacked 1.1 more times per game and are hit about 2.5 times more per game than Cutler, not much of a difference over the course of a 60 minute game. I would not call that "a much better offensive line". Due to their extreme inexperience, I think they stack up quite well compared to the Bears oline.
-
Edwards sucks way more. I would take Cutler over Edwards 100% of the time. Cutler has no receivers in Chicago and Trent has great ones. Imagine if the rolls were reversed Cutler would have monster numbers throwing to Evans and TO and Edwards would be worse if that's possible.
-
Say it ain't so!
-
Then there is the situation with Nic Harris
FreakPop replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Exactly why you are not a GM! -
Edwards fans are sounding desperate for Fitzy to fail
FreakPop replied to mountainwampus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yep, it's official we got a real dummy here! Ever think the QB is making the o-line look bad? Naw, you wouldn't and couldn't think like that could you? They must not grow em to smart in westfield, huh! -
Whatever, you are not a debater, you are just a trouble maker. You love creating controversy, as I said before you must live a pretty pathetic life. People like you generally are losers in life.
