After 7 seasons of Josh Allen it’s painful to watch those wounded duck passes. -

If he had better weapons on offense he probably only throws 4 INTs in that half. -
I had to watch parts of this game about a month after it happened, on Day 2 of a pretty important poker tournament. My seat happened to be facing the tv in the room that was broadcasting the replay of it on NFL Network and I couldn’t successfully stop myself from glancing at it. In what was probably a coincidence but sort of doesn’t feel like it I busted out of the tournament in an all in pre flop hand where my JJ lost to KK on a board of 75J5K, ie. appropriately taking an unexpected lead before losing it at the last second.

Mr Brightside Playing at the Stadium

This type of thing is why home field advantage throughout the playoffs is so key. We’re at a level of team/fan/city synthesis that puts a visiting team at a big disadvantage. -
I think 14 wins gets the #1 seed.

My first exposure to Bills fanship was at the very start of the drought, so I’ve enjoyed every bit of success since 2017. I’d relish a 6-3 win over the Patriots backups in Week 18. -

Every thread about Bills LBs is still secretly a Tremaine Edmunds thread. -

Why is McD not being talked about as coach of the year?

I mean that makes sense for the actual team, not us. -
True to form with Rex, those are two things that make a lot of sense until you start to think about them.

It's the NFL and weird things happen but I think we're considerably better right now than San Fran and LA. 14-3 for the Bills is my prediction, either doing what's expected and losing to Detroit on the road or unexpectedly winning that game and dropping another random one.

Yep. As my grandpa used to put it, “One day you’re really good at something, the next day you’re not very good at that thing anymore that you used to be good at.” He wasn’t an eloquent man. -
The Colts probably have a top-ten 53 man roster but they picked the wrong QB in Richardson.

Is this the best team in the Allen era?
SageAgainstTheMachine replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just to throw one thing out there…this is the most under control, wise, judicious version of Josh that we’ve seen. That fact alone can make up for some talent differential and contribute to winning playoff games. But no, the roster is not our best. It’s a soft rebuild with some good starters, some bad starters and encouragingly a promising rookie class.
