Side note, but I find it interesting how little regarded Tyrod is in the Bills fandom. Not that people even dislike him but it’s as if he was never here. I agree that the vibes are great. But all the same, each of those other seasons since 2020 had "this is our year" moments too. There's a cruelty to the variance of single elimination playoffs. If football (somehow) had 7 game series like other sports that allowed the cream to rise to the top I believe we'd have multiple championships.

We’re a running team that just so happens to have the best QB in football. Seems counterintuitive but it just works.

So first, it’s possible for LB to be our weakest group without it being awful. Because the Bills are an excellent and deep team. The weak points on the team are few. Bernard is an excellent player who can get exposed against downhill running schemes. Dorian Williams is a commendable spot starter but I’d say overall an average starter. And then the depth scrapes the bottom of the barrel. Milano at full strength can take this group from C+ to A- all by himself.

This isn’t something to sleep on. A top 5 team is adding an all pro at probably its weakest position group.
