  1. I'll always have a soft spot for south park and the simpsons (funniest show in its prime)...but both have declined I have to go with 30 rock. I'm rolling on the floor every week, and every character is cast perfectly.
  2. And he's a model citizen off the field as well. He's only killed one person.
  3. Yes, and double yes.
  4. I just spent an entire week in Fort Myers and Miami covering Cornell women's basketball who had a couple games down there. Not once, NOT ONCE did i hear mention of the dolphins from the locals, or even on any of the radio stations i listened to. On the sports talk radio, everything was about Robert Marve trying to transfer, and nobody wanted to call in about the fins. I even ate at Dan Marino's restaurant and nobody was talking dolphins. It was like the team didnt exist.
  5. Only 4 days into 2009, we have a front runner for analogy of the year.
  6. Wedding Crashers was only alright. It turned into a chick flick half way through.
  7. People who say they didn't like Anchorman are just stuck up and too afraid to admit that immature humor can still be hilarious.
  8. Ummm, arent low risk high reward plays a good thing?
  9. I will take your mother, Dorothy, out to a nice seafood dinner and then NEVER call her again.
  10. How dare you blaspheme Anchorman? Also, it was made 5 years ago but good try though.
  11. Picasso's in Lancaster it's making my mouth water
  12. Favre has proven over the last couple of seasons that he is no longer a cold weather QB at all, if indeed he ever was. This year he threw 22 TDs and 22 INTs, and alot of those TDs were dumpoffs in the red zone to jones and washington. He is a below average QB at this point and there is no cause to set back Trent's development for the sake of Favre.
  13. I'm currently in south beach and I hate it. Orchard Park.
  14. To be fair, he had a pair of pretty nice catches too.
  15. Jerry Rice didn't have blazing speed, period. He was moderately fast and simply a brilliant route runner. That's why I frankly don't understand why good, competent wideouts with great hands and routerunning abilities fall so far in the draft just because their 40 time is .1 worse than a guy with nothing besides physical talent.
  16. Well I certainly don't think that wide receiver is our biggest need, but I definitely wouldn't be complaining if we signed him. Of course, a prison sentence negates that statement. We all know that a big tall possession receiver would benefit the team, especially if Hardy doesn't turn out to be that guy.
  17. We don't need his contract? Aren't we consistently way under the cap? And you can never EVER have too many good wide receivers.
  18. Blake Costanzo, our best special teamer by far...best special teams blocker on the team and is a good tackler...plus he has 2 forced fumbles
  19. Lemme guess, you're on of those people that refers to all donut holes as "munchkins" isntead of timbits. You can't beat Timmy Ho's.
  20. So they're supposed to be miserable 24/7? Football is their job, not their life...just like your job.
  21. The dude graduated with a 3.4 from Cal Berkeley. Also, I don't think forgetting the words to Xmas carols counts as stupidity.
  22. I don't understand the fascination with the 300 yard game. I would prefer that no Buffalo QB ever throws for 300 yards. It's usually a sign that you've been forced to abandon your running game due to a deficit. The ideal game for a quarterback involves efficiency, not total yardage. Trent had a very good yard per attempt, didn't make any mistakes and had a very efficient day in general, something which his QB rating reflects. How would throwing for a 300 yards have been an improvement on his performance? Drew Brees consistently has "the big game", and they're not having any better of a season than us. 300 yard games for a QB occur when you've got a really really bad defense, or when your game plan is dominated by the pass. Two of our best players are our RBs, and as long as Lynch and Jackson are around, our offensive game plan should be 50% run, 50% pass.
  23. Denney also has 8 tipped balls this season and leads the team in sacks. I definitely wouldn't mind him being our primary backup at DE next year. He is much much better than Kelsay IMO, who is just a complete waste of space out there.
  24. I'm probably interning at WGR this coming summer...I can let you all know if these guys are as big of idiots as they seem.
  25. Yeah, but keep in mind that SD or Denver has to take on an Indiannpolis team currently on an 8 game winning streak.
