  1. Considering the complete and utter lack of defense on each team and the difficult schedules they faced, I wouldnt really say that Houston and New Orleans underachieved this year. 8-8 is about right on the money for both of them.
  2. I like how he can admit that he hates the process of doing it.
  3. Better than Ronnie Lott? Lott was an interception guru as well, getting 63 in his career (reed currently has 43) but he was also a tackler. Lott had over 100 tackles 5 times, while Reed has never done so. He actually only had 41 tackles this year.
  4. Well yeah, it's certainly an educated guess that bills practices are easier than most teams...but I just can't stand people who have the audacity to make bold, sweeping statements like "Complete opposite of Jauron's approach" without any sort of solid evidence. Maybe he's a taskmaster in practice, but the players still respect and like him as a man. Fact is, we don't know for sure.
  5. Well it's good to know that a member of TBD attends Bills practices! What are they like??
  6. I dont understand how dancing shows have become the new trend. Granted, I've never sat down to watch one and never will, but what exactly draws peoples' attention to these shows?
  7. I was at that game. It was really sad, I remember him taking off his helmet and slamming it to the ground, probably knowing exactly what the injury would mean to his career.
  8. I'm aware that there are way too many degenerates in the NFL to even keep track of, but what makes the Raiders so bad? Nobody really sticks out in my mind.
  9. OJ's double murder was more heavily publicized...didnt you know that that makes it worse? Most people don't remember Ray killing those guys so it's alright.
  10. Based on what I've read here, that will be an unpopular opinion. In fact, I've seen people on this board actually demanding thugs on the team. But I'm with you.
  11. I'll always have a soft spot for south park and the simpsons (funniest show in its prime)...but both have declined I have to go with 30 rock. I'm rolling on the floor every week, and every character is cast perfectly.
  12. And he's a model citizen off the field as well. He's only killed one person.
  13. I just spent an entire week in Fort Myers and Miami covering Cornell women's basketball who had a couple games down there. Not once, NOT ONCE did i hear mention of the dolphins from the locals, or even on any of the radio stations i listened to. On the sports talk radio, everything was about Robert Marve trying to transfer, and nobody wanted to call in about the fins. I even ate at Dan Marino's restaurant and nobody was talking dolphins. It was like the team didnt exist.
  14. Only 4 days into 2009, we have a front runner for analogy of the year.
  15. Wedding Crashers was only alright. It turned into a chick flick half way through.
  16. People who say they didn't like Anchorman are just stuck up and too afraid to admit that immature humor can still be hilarious.
  17. Ummm, arent low risk high reward plays a good thing?
  18. I will take your mother, Dorothy, out to a nice seafood dinner and then NEVER call her again.
  19. How dare you blaspheme Anchorman? Also, it was made 5 years ago but good try though.
  20. Picasso's in Lancaster it's making my mouth water
  21. Favre has proven over the last couple of seasons that he is no longer a cold weather QB at all, if indeed he ever was. This year he threw 22 TDs and 22 INTs, and alot of those TDs were dumpoffs in the red zone to jones and washington. He is a below average QB at this point and there is no cause to set back Trent's development for the sake of Favre.
  22. I'm currently in south beach and I hate it. Orchard Park.
