  1. I did know he went to oklahoma state, it was just a typo in the original...and I thought they were more of a passing team than that.
  2. Question: What do all of us here on TBD have in common with Brandon Pettigrew? Answer: We all scored 0 touchdowns for Oklahoma this past season. That's right, zero, zilch, nil, none. In a high scoring, pass-happy offense, the "best tight end in the draft" caught zero touchdown passes last year. Doesn't that give you a little bit of pause? All physical skills and blocking abilities aside, his production at Oklahoma over 4 years is uninspiring to say the least. 112 receptions, 1,450 yards, 9 touchdowns over 4 years (I believe 3 of them as a starter) If he's so great, why are those numbers not better? I realize he's got a reputation as a good blocker, but if that's what we're looking for, blocking tight ends are a dime a dozen in the later rounds. Round 2, Chase Coffman.
  3. Ah, Easter. A celebration of the day that Jesus Christ rose again to the Earth, pushed aside the stone of his tomb, and then dressed up as a big anthropomorphic rabbit and gave colored eggs to all the local children.
  4. A wife? Not yet, but I've been advised against it.
  5. I've heard/seen great stuff from Peria Jerry, the DT from Ole Miss. He's supposed to be an excellent run stuffer. They say he needs to work on his football IQ a little bit, but DT is not a position with a very steep learning curve (and if he does have learning to do, who better than Stroud to mentor him?) Some people have the Bucs taking Jerry at 19, but I personally think they end up with Freeman. Their QB situation is pretty desperate.
  6. Well, that might be even more motivation to trade down. If the Bills think they can get the 2nd best DT on the board somewhere between 20-30, why not make a deal?
  7. No worries dude, it's all in good fun now. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE headline on the part of the B news.
  8. Work on your reading comprehension, buddy. No hard feelings though, at least you misunderstood something and you weren't just completely making it up.
  9. Do you want to know why you hear about more NFL players getting into trouble than NBA players? Because there are about 400 NBA players and about 1,600 NFL players.
  10. Yeah, Inferno is pretty important, but how many interceptions does he have?
  11. Never stop believing that things will turn out the way you imagine them. Approach every event with a positive attitude, and you cannot be conquered. You may be defeated from time to time, but never conquered. - my grandfather about a week before he passed...he always says that optimism is what got him through WWII
  12. When I saw McIlroy for the first time at the Accenture Match Play I said to myself "wow, this kid could be #2 in the world in a couple of years". He's even par through round 1, and it seems the course is playing pretty easy in the good weather so he'd better pick it up a little.
  13. And those are clues of legal/illegal status? Pretty sure naturalized people drive those sorts of cars too. I like Mexican music and I've got some tattoos.
  14. Actually, Tom, I thought everybody would have the decency to avoid making the obvious joke.
  15. No it doesnt...just like I said, Tim doesn't seem to think Marshall should have gotten off the hook either. Because they never learn.
  16. Work on your reading comprehension...Graham said Lynch shouldn't get the same treatment as Marshall. He didn't say that Marshall deserved to have his suspension reduced. In no way, shape, or form does he imply that Lynch's crime is worse than Marshall's. Stupid logical fallacy on your part.
  17. meh Scott is an awesome golfer, but he is having an awful year so far...I doubt he's able to put it together this weekend.
  18. Yeah, and he's a good driver FWIW. Sorry, I took this as a pot shot toward hispanics, but if they are legitimately worse drivers, then my bad.
  19. Hahaha I can explain...my top 2 sleepers were McIlroy and Johnson, but at first I didn't see Rory's name on the tee-off schedule, so I went with Dustin. Trust me though, Rory's got GAME.
  20. Rory McIlroy, jot that name down and remember it...
  21. Are illegals more likely to run red lights? Whats the point of even asking this? RIP, hopefully the driver of the van is prosecuted to the full extent of the law
  22. I'm not worried about this. Just like last year when Marshawn was "injured", he's just going to sneak off and put on his "fred jackson" costume. Goodell will never know the difference. Seriously though, even though Marshawn is the better running back, I'm confident that Freddie can pick up the slack for 2-3 games.
