Well I live in a 950 sq foot beach front place right now in LA, so the other side of the house isn’t that far away 😂. We are moving though after my 2nd son is born in October after I’ve been here 15 years because we are busting at the seams here. For what we pay here (and my rent is actually only half what it should be thanks to rent control) we got a big house back home closer to family in northern Cali. So later in the season before we enter the post season I will have an actual buffer zone, just in time for all the screaming at the TV I expect annually.

This is precisely what I was saying leading up to this game where some people were melting down about Keon and the depth chart. Yup he did and I think he drew a second DPI but was negated by a Bills penalty cancelling it out if I am not mistaken.

Ha that’s awesome! Baker is one of my favorite non-Bills players and it honestly didn’t register to me that he did that over Baker when it happened live in the game, I was just focused on screaming without screaming loudly so I didn’t wake my napping toddler in the other room haha. So when I saw this I was like wow, that’s a poster he needs to put on his wall.

That’s on Baker, one of the best safeties in the game too. Allen already the GOAT at putting players on posters 😂

This. Although MVS did his best to drop his first one lol. And the toughness. Shakir, Coleman, and Hollins were so physical out there and it was glorious to see. That’s what I have been most excited about…better hands and more toughness.

There are multiple threads that are not aging well off this first game. But, it’s also one game. So let’s also not get too ahead of our skis here. They will get bumped every week…good or bad games. Let just hope it’s from more good games than bad.

Diggs also kept his trend from last half of last year with only 5.5 ypc. Just a non factor outside of short throws. It’s one game, and he did deliver 2 short TDs, but he was at 8.9 ypc over the final 10 games last year which is bad even for a TE let alone a $26m WR1

Just curious if week 1 did anything to soften your extreme stance on Hollins and Coleman? And to be fair, it’s only one game and no final conclusions can come from just one game obviously. But more wondering if at least softened your hard stance against Hollins and Coleman that you had coming into the game.

Nah, he’s past Davis he didn’t drop any passes 😂 Davis had another bad drop today in their loss though lol

I think the offense showed it is going to be a top unit again this year and the defense showed it’s vulnerable but still can adjust and make key plays. 34 points today after Allen only had 2 pass attempts with 2 min left in the first half and Kincaid only having 1 catch this game. I think Shakir proved he is ready to handle anything we throw at him, Hollins proved he is more than just a blocker as he ran some nice routes today, and Coleman proved he is ready to contribute early. Cook looked great as did Davis. OL needs to clean up the penalties though. ST was a big issue still.

Win or lose, I’m coming out of this game feeling good going forward about our offense once they got the rust off and stopped shooting themselves in the foot like they were early. Allen has looked good with his weapons, run game has looked good, and I mostly like what I have seen from Brady in his debut with his own offense installed. Defense has definitely had some rough spots, but played better the 2nd half. But still a lot less confident in it than the offense after this first game.

He will for sure but Groot made it happen IMHO
