  1. Totally agree with you, but to clarify didn’t say “best rapper” said best career given Hammer was one of the biggest stars in all of entertainment at his peak. Funny side note...McHammer actually lives next door to my Uncle in Tracy, Ca. Well like 4 doors down actually lol. Supposedly a pretty good dude.
  2. McHammer has a better career than J Cole, doesn’t mean he’s currently putting out better music or is a better rapper than J Cole. Just saying... J Cole latest album > Nas last album. That’s all I was saying.
  3. Media just wants click sound bites, love the teams reaction to keep it internal and not give them what they want. Our media in our society is just obnoxious at all times.
  4. Oh I still love Nas, was just saying album to album today based on each others most recent albums J Cole got him right now. Ive seen Nas live multiple times, big fan. My buddy Rich Nice has produced him and are close friends and says hes a great dude as well, but also a VERY successful Venture Capitalists with big hits in like Air BnB and Uber I believe too. So yeah, J Cole got a LONNNNNG way to go to reach his level for sure. But J Cole new album is definitely better than Nas last one, which was good too.
  5. He left Davis off his list of our receivers was the point. And bad analogy...today, based on current albums not their historical Librry, J Cole > Nas. Although Nas has the substantially better career and discography, J Cole recent album drop is fire and smokes Nas last album drop.
  6. Sorry maybe I misread what you wrote, but from what I understood your comment to be was that you said he was a fall back pick and not their primary target. I’m saying he was their primary target all along, and everything points to that being fact. When they were calling to trade up it was for him as they didn’t think he would last until their pick, and they even said this.
  7. All I know is that after watching Embedded, I am even more hyped and excited for our draft class. They really landed some guys with high ceilings and I’ve never been more confident in a staff to develop said talent.
  8. It was Rousseau, they said so after the draft and it was clear in Embedded as well. They said they think he will go between 20 and 32 and Beane even said that was the range they considered trading up within previously. They also said they expected him to go earlier, and he the hardest part was being patient because the cost to trade up was too high. Sorry, and no disrespect, but you’re wrong and that’s just your opinion of him, nothing you said is a reflection of how the Bills and their scouts felt about him. It was 100% clear the Bills had a substantially better grade than your view of the pick and expected him to be gone before their pick. They also were not going to move up if the cost was too high. Rousseau was their target, but they also had actual fall back picks they would look at if he didn’t make it to 32 that they liked which is why they were not going to pay a lot to move up. It’s honestly pretty surprising some people still are in disbelief that Rousseau was their actual target. Even Rousseau said he felt pretty confident the Bills were going to draft him prior to the draft because of how strong if interest they showed in him, which was the most of any team, and what they told him in his interviews.
  9. No disrespect but why do people even care? I personally would rather start the season and get some rhythm again before we square off against the defending Champs anyway. In other threads, people are complaining about getting 4 primetime games instead of 5. I mean we used to get 0 to 1, now we are upset if we aren't tied for most? Just don't see why this is such an issue for some people.
  10. What has Beane not done well with in the draft with the front 7? Oliver has shown a lot of promise and could have a breakout year with more size now on the line allowing him to be flourish more. And like 95% of this board was praying we would draft Oliver and even wanted to trade up to get him. AJE was another popular guy this board wanted drafted and was looking quite good late in the season and in the playoffs and very much has a legit shot at winning the starting gig week 1 this year and at the very least will be heavily involved in the rotation. Harrisson Phillips was developing too before his injury and it usually takes a full year of playing to truly get back to pre-injury form for most players with that injury. Probably isn’t destined for pro bowls, but he still has upside as a potentially solid rotational player. Then there is Milano (McD) and Edmunds (2x Pro Bowler said who is still developing even more). I don’t understand how some people criticize Beane in regards to how he’s drafted in regard to the front 7. We have a lot of young talent, most of which is either an ascending player (Oliver, AJE) or already proven to be good or better. Im excited about both our new DE’s, even though I’m not sure how much play time they are a huge get this year given our depth.
  11. Can we stop over analyzing our draft picks before they hit the field? Geezus, it’s like never ending stuff around here by people who don’t like the pick. Let this kid get on the field. He played DE one year and he had mostly better stats across the board than Chase Young did that same year outside of one less sack. He clearly had potential, just like anyone we would have picked at 30. There is no such thing as a “sure thing” in any draft in any sport, and it’s even way less likely when picking at the bottom of the first. And why were we picking at the end of the first? Because Beane and McD clearly know something about football and built a powerhouse in 3 years. So let the kid play and see what our staff saw in him for him to be their target the whole time.
  12. What a ridiculous post. So remove all his good plays so you can prove he’s bad!? If you did this same exercise with every RB in the league their stars wouldn’t be very good. Sorry, but this post was an epic fail.
  13. Why do we care what a jaded journalist had to say in Minnesota? Both teams love the trade. It’s a rare total equal win for both sides as both teams for exactly what they needed.
  14. Its pretty absurd to not have the duo that contains one of the top 3 WR's in the NFL and literally the best slot and 3rd down WR in the NFL on this list. Hope we use it as motivation.
  15. fair assessment. Although, I would still take both Rams and Packers over Browns if Rodgers stays with GB.
  16. Pretty consistent on us being top 3 with chiefs and Bucs. Browns are all over the place, from 3 to not in top 5. Personally I don’t think they are top 5 either as I would still have Ravens ahead of them at 4 and then either Rams or Packers at 5 (unless Rodgers gets traded, then they fall out of top 15 for me).
  17. I just think he’s going to win a starting job and have the most opportunity to do it. He is one of the players I am most excited to see on the field in 2021. I liked him a lot coming out of college and he was looking like a real player out there as the season wore on and he earned some reps. That being said, it also would not surprise me to see someone like Hughes or Oliver lead the team in sacks, or even Addison if he holds down the starting job. But if I had to pick one now, I’m going with AJE just because I think he could have a breakout year.
  18. I think people are sleeping on AJE. He was really coming on last year, and I think he could surprise some people this year with a bigger role. I actually wont be surprised to see him start opposite Hughes week 1. So I chose him.
  19. Thanks for doing it! Dang, I swapped Pitts to 5 and Chase to 4 after the Julio news broke they were listening to offers. Ha...should have stayed put and would have gotten 78 points instead ha
