  1. Does it though? That makes him an accomplice to murder at the very least. My father was murdered when I was 18, still unsolved today and I’m 46. I can tell you for a fact, had OJ been a fake fall guy just to beat the charges and cover up for his son who was the real murderer, that wouldn’t be a hero to me, that would be a murderers accomplice and I’d want justice against both of them. There is nothing about OJ that is a hero. He was a woman beater before the murders. He is a total piece of s**t and stunned people giving him sympathy like he got a raw deal here. Dude directly murdered 2 people (or helped cover up for his son murdering 2 people). He should be in jail for life…period. He did not serve his time. Those 2 murdered victims did not receive justice.
  2. No we wanted to, but couldn’t make it happen, we had too much going on. But looking at either going to another one there or possibly the Chiefs game in KC.
  3. Elmos was our favorite too when we were there last year for the home opener
  4. Agreed on this. There isn't a single thing the other 2 can do that Allen cant also do at a high level. But there are things Allen can do, and does almost every game that no other QB can do. Also, I am going to say something right now that may see odd given the end to tonight's game. But Herbert plays a little bit soft...and he has some Jared Goff in him. STOP...don't reply yet and freak out...let me explain some things first: FIRST: Herbert is substantially better overall QB than Goff...I AM NOT comparing their overall talent, its not close. So don't reply with some outrage as if I just compared their abilities as QB's to be similar, that is NOT what I am talking about. Herbert is looking like a guy who will be in the top 5 QB list rest of his career. Goff is a 3rd tier starter. What I am talking about is... Hebert doesn't like to get hit. You start hitting him, he tends to panic throw, and we saw some of that tonight. And it's a trait that Goff had a lot of times in LA. As the game went on, KC was hitting Herbert a lot, and he started making a lot of bad decisions and poor throws as a result, even when the rush wasn't there. Last week, with the game tied 3-3, in the redzone on the 5 yard line, on 3rd down and 3 he scrambled against LV. He EASILY could get the first down needing just another yard while still running, but it meant he would get tackled instead of sliding. Like it was a 100% guaranteed first down, and might even get into the endzone. But he chose to give himself up and settle for 4th and 1 from the 3 yard line. NOW...he was BAILED out by a penalty on the play elsewhere on the field, and that gave them a free first and goal after the play and he would go on to throw a short TD. But he was so adverse to some contact he chose to give up on the first down, and possibly a TD and just immediately went to the ground to avoid the contact. I immediately went to the shout box and said that is the difference between Allen and Hebert right there. 100% of the time not only does Josh take the contact and get the first down, he probably gets the TD. Now tonight, its again 3rd down, down 2 scores with a must score situation with the game on the line. He could get on his hands and knees and crawl 5 yards past the first down marker. Yes his rib area was clearly affecting him, but he was so adverse to any contact, instead of taking the free first down, and this one he could have slid for it long before anyone got there, heck he could have almost just reached the ball out...he instead gives up the run right there to throw the ball away and force 4th down. And I 100% get he gritted out this game, and that certainly makes him look tough. And there is a certain toughness to him that kept him out there, no doubt. Not taking that away from him. But in important moments now, going back to last year, I see him play soft too many times or make a poor decision because he's been hit. The correct decision there was the free first down they badly needed as the game is practically over if they don't convert on 4th down. Dont get it twisted, in a league wide redraft, Herbert is my 3rd pick in the draft right after Allen number 1, Mahomes number 2. He is a tremendous talent. But for me, Allen and Mahomes are still in a class by themselves right now amongst all the young QB's in the league. They have another gear I haven't seen from Burrow or Hebert consistently enough. They have this extra layer of toughness, grit, and drive that separates them from the rest IMHO.
  5. 1. I won't be surprised to see Moss inactive this week, he had the worst game of any player on either side of the ball last week that included a turnover too.. Our RB's only ran the ball 15 times, Devin alone is more than capable of handling all 15, and Cook is more than capable of handling a few those himself if they want to spell Devin at all. Devin is by far the superior RB to Moss in just about every way, and I don't even have anything against Moss, just Devin is flat out better. And with the added dimension of Josh Allen, we definitely don't need 5 active RB's on top of that like we did last week. 2. I totally agree, Moss had a higher snap count 100% because of Cook's fumble. They used that as a teachable moment for the kid and pulled him. He is a big part of their game plan, and even some of the players said he was doing special things and camp and will be a part of this offense this year after the week 1 fumble. Cook will be back on the field and get a chance to redeem himself this week I suspect. As far as this thread on Shakir, I know he is in their plans this year, so I think it is a strong probability he is active this week.
  6. These snap counts dont tell the whole story, as when those snaps occured. I don't know this answer, so legitimately asking...how many of those snaps that he actually lined up at WR for a pass play where late in the game up multiple scores? For example, if he ran 5 pass plays, but 4 of them were the 4th quarter up 3 scores, that doesn't say as much about his usage compared to say getting 5 pass plays during meaningful moments.
  7. I havent been active in this thread since it was moved to OTW. Now at 297 pages, its not something I have the time to read through. But I am curious if there have been any news on the case. Of course googling it did nothing, all the articles are weeks old because now that he is not on an NFL roster the media could care less. But I see in this page there is talk of videos and stuff that came out. The only thing I saw since the last time I was here was she gave an interview. But reading some of the comments here, sounds like a video has come out on her from the night of the alleged event? So can someone just give the quick cliff notes on what's happened since he was cut, if anything? Just wondering if anything new came out that helps his case or helps her case.
  8. Huh? Where are you getting these impressions on his personality traits Dude, read your own post. Stop responding like you praised him just because you said he had top 10 potential. You trashed his character and yet to provide one statement to validate that trashing of his character. Unless you provide some context for your out of nowhere attack on his character, then it’s nothing but a troll attempt with this absolutely pointless and useless thread.
  9. No, they did QB first. Beane wasn't a member of the Bills when we drafted Tre White. He was hired after the draft, came in right after the draft and immediately started clearing out cap space and players who don't fit the culture. HIs first draft pick was Josh Allen.
  10. Just the Chiefs. Mahomes might be even better this year with a my diverse set of weapons and his best OL yet. Chargers don’t scare me because Hebert is soft. Give him time and he will pick you apart with precision. Smash him in the face and he folds. He doesn’t like contact. Don’t get me a wrong, he’s still an outstanding young QB, but he doesn’t have to have hat toughness that adds to what makes Mahomes and Allen who they are. I have confidence our DL will disrupt that Chargers DL enough to keep that offense from clicking on all cylinders.
  11. I have no idea why you are getting so many eye rolls here, I 100% agree that Shakir should be active over all 3 active of Devin, Moss, and Cook. Despite being up multiple scores late, we still only totaled 15 total carries to our RB's, plus Josh Allen had 10 himself. We do not need 3 RB's to handle 15 carries a game, and Moss is the one who should be inactive. Moss had the worst game of any Bill on both sides of the ball. While leading the RB's in total touches he had 2.5 ypc, 3.5 ypc as a receiver and a fumble. Making Moss inactive we still have 3 guys who can do damage in the run game...Devin, Cook, and Allen. Moss is essentially a 4th RB when you factor Allens runs into the game plan. And while McKenzie had a TD, he also had a minimal impact most the game and a costly turnover. I actually thought Crowder had the better game. There is room for Shakir to get snaps on the field with how much we throw the ball, and so far, no one has really locked the slot spot down. So using Shakir some in the slot, and having him for some outside work too to me has more value then carrying an extra RB when we don't run the ball a lot with our RB's. Devin is by far the best runner on the team, when we are handing the ball to RB's just 15 times a game, he should be getting a MIN of 12 of those carries, if not all 15. Especially when he is averaging 6 ypc. Devin is a capable receiver too, and Cook brings speed and an even better receiver skill set. I actually think there is a strong possibility Shakir will be active this week. And it wouldn't surprise me to see Moss inactive if all our dinged up guys suit up.
  12. If anyone had any doubt left, and honestly you should not have...Beane is the best GM in the NFL right now, and I don't think its even up for debate anymore. This is just a class act move and show of total respect and appreciation for his players. This is the kind of stuff that makes players want to come here, and I mean that seriously. You don't see a lot of GM's do this kind of thing, especially for players who are 31. This is a fantastic move for the team, Poyer, and the commitment to the pursuit of a championship. I could not love this move more to be honest. It's a win win for everyone and Jordan has more than earned this and deserves this opportunity.
  13. I would guess this is different for every team, I don't think there is going to be a specific answer here.
  14. Same! He looks like a monster out there this year size wise with all the athleticism he always had. On one of his big plays I swear I thought it was Jones and I was like what, thats Jordan? He seems a lot bigger than I remember.
  15. Moss has a career 3.9 YPC compared to Devins 4.7 YPC though, it wasn't just one night is the issue. Devin out performs Moss in every statistical measurement over their careers, and most areas by a significant margin. Again, not down on Moss, it's just one game, but he is clearly not as good as Devin, so there should never be a reason why Devin only gets 8 Carries while giving up 6 carries to Moss. Devin had a higher catch rate than Moss last year by almost 10% better.
  16. I get where you are coming from, but Moss just isn’t used that way. He’s getting carries throughout the game, not just short yardage and Devin gets short yardage attempts too. So while your point makes sense, I don’t think it’s really how Moss is used. He is used as a committee back, not a goal line back. It’s not like most his attempts are only short yardage attempts, in fact it’s the opposite. So for me, he just isn’t better than Devin in any area of the game still. And that includes statistically and the eye ball test for me. Devin hits the hole better, faster and more instinctively than Moss, and that is what is most important in short yardage. And Devin still runs with power and a low center of gravity. But all good, everyone has their own eyes and opinions, don’t have to see it the same way. Enjoyed the discussion though
  17. You do realize Moss had ONE first down right, not several powerful first down runs on his night where he averaged 2.5 YPC and fumbled.
  18. Ok, let me ask you a question then. Why do you think Moss is a better pass receiver? Motor had 40 receptions last year on 50 targets for an 80% catch rate. Moss had a 71% catch rate last year on his 23 receptions. That is what I mean when I say a "myth". I do not mean that to be people are lying, I just think there are a lot of beliefs about Moss compared to Devin that don't actually hold up statistically. I wouldn't have an issue if someone wants to say they are similar as receivers, but statistically Moss has not proven he is a "better" receiver than Devin. As far as the short yardage goes, the stats do not support Moss as being better either. Yards per carry: Devin 4.6, Moss 3.6 Yards before contact/att: Devin 2.3, Moss 1.5 Yards after contact/att: Devin 2.3, Moss 2.1 Tackled for loss rate: Devin 6.4%, Moss 9.4% If we look at their stats, Devin gets more yards before being touched by a wide margin, and then gets more yards after contact too. He also has a significantly lower tackled for loss rate. So for me, this is why I say it is kind of a myth that Moss is better than Devin in these areas. I think it has more to do with how underestimated Devin is though in these areas than anything. He has really powerful legs and low center of gravity and always finishes with the pile moving forward. He gets in the hole faster and finds creases better too. And this post wasn't meant to be argumentative, more explaining why I think some these beliefs about Moss compared to Devin are more myth than factual IMO. And like I said, I think it has a lot more to do with Devin being underestimated than Moss being over exaggerated. All good man, just my 2 cents
  19. He had the most touches, averaged 2.5 yards per carry and 3.5 yards per catch...and he fumbled. Moss: 6 carries for 15 yards (2.5 ypc) and 6 rec for 21 yards (3.5 yards per catch). NOTE: 8 of his 15 yards came on one carry. His other 5 carries went for 7 yards and a fumble (1.4 ypc) Devin: 8 carries for 48 yards (6 ypc) and 2 rec for 7 yards (7 yards per catch). Devin was literally two to three times as effective in every facet of the game, and did not turn the ball over. But that is not even the issue...the issue is our RB's only got 15 carries...when you have only 15 rush attempts, you get your best player most, if not all, those carries. That is not a heavy workload for a RB. And Devin is without question the better player. Devin runs just as hard, if not harder than Moss and with better vision. Moss has this myth about him that he somehow the more powerful runner and better short yardage back, but it's just not accurate. There isn't anything Moss does better than Devin...and I don't say that as if Moss is a bum, it's just Devin is flat out better and has been every day these two have been on the roster. I am not down on Moss, nothing personally against him, but he honestly had the worst game of any player on either side of the ball Thursday night. If we were a heavy running team, then great, split the carries. But given the limited amount of carries our RB's typically see, we don't need a committee to handle that workload. Give the better player the touches. So, it's not that I am down on Moss, I just don't want to limit our better RB to 8 carries to get a RB that is not better than Devin at anything touches. And while Cook fumbled too, he at least brings more dynamics to the RB group with his speed and receiving skills.
  20. What did Moss do to keep himself active? He had 2.5 yards per carry and 3.5 yards per catch with a fumble, despite leading Bills RB's in total touches, plus a fumble. Moss literally had the worst game of any player on either side of the ball yesterday. The rookie, also had his fumble, but he at least brings another dimension to the offense they want to use in his receiving skills.
  21. Agreed, he has plenty of time to be ready and if not, we got beasts waiting in the wings to fill in. I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see Moss inactive next week. He had the most touches by end of the game, mostly because Bills built a 2 score lead, but he did squat with those touches and was highly ineffective with a fumble. Im not down on him, but clearly, Devin is the best back on the roster and will, and should, dominate the carries.
  22. Our whole DL played great, we got impact plays across the board. A lot, practically all, of the credit is going to just Von's presence, but that beefed up interior was a major game changer. Its much easier for the pass rush to get home when the DL dominates the LOS and doesn't let the run game get going and forces the opponent to throw more often. And that interior wasn't just slamming the door shut on the run game, it was wreaking havoc on the pass rush too, all without blitzes coming. This DL just through down a gauntlet, if it can keep even 80% of how it played up the whole season, its going to be historically good.
  23. haha whoa, we thought it was someone’s ballsy gender reveal, thanks for clearing that up
  24. Ramsey got torched all post season last year, this isn't new for Ramsey to get torched. Him being top 10 on the top 100 was a joke.
