  1. Initially I thought the receiver rounded his route and angled to the sideline, but watching it again I can see the subtle change of direction by the receiver from the under throw when Allen let’s go if the ball. Although I still don’t think it was a good route by the receiver out of the break IMHO (think it was Kincaid), but I see where Allen under threw it now.
  2. It cracks me up how obsessed you are with me and that I live so rent free in your head. It’s one of my fave things around here right now, especially when I see the desperate attempts to force false narratives lmao I look forward to the next one 😘
  3. The fact you have to ask that tells me you either didn’t watch the game or just are going out of your way for what ever reason to challenge or disagree with me no matter the comment as usual lol No one in their right mind would have watched Dorsey once again on the goal line on 3rd down call a run out of the shotgun instead of a QB sneak and think he didn’t blow points. Once again we lost yards and had to go for it on fourth down. And this time we didn’t convert and came away with 0 points. The fact he did this again after not learning his lesson last time is unreal. Even the Bucs Coach knew they should have run the ball with Allen there and didn’t.
  4. Bills have left too many points on the field because of how stupid Dorsey has been with play calling at times. While he’s finally doing the obvious elsewhere, he still is blowing points with bad decisions.
  5. I agree about that, but he wasn’t making it to the 3rd is all I was saying. He would have been taken likely within the next 10 picks IMHO
  6. Turns out it was Knox that needed more snaps so Shakir could get more involved and it seems to have helped Davis produce as well. All that matters to me is that Shakir is more involved. Glad to see Gabe making plays too finally
  7. I mean I gotta say this is proving pretty spot on for the most part with how this game has played out, including Dorsey’s goal line stupidity of not sneaking it. Maybe Dorsey does read my threads 😂😂😂 #Alpha4OC 😎😜💪
  8. One of the reasons I wanted him more involved. Gave was the obvious place to find snaps given his 95% consistent snap count, but if it comes from Knox then so be it, just keep him on the field and hopefully it helps open up more stuff for Gabe and everyone else too. And so far much better start for Davis too
  9. Still liking his involvement which was what I wanted to see more of. Hopefully Gabe does more too if Shakir is making more plays out there.
  10. Maybe Dorsey read my thread about Shakir needing more involvement…3 catches on first drive 😎
  11. I agree with most of this except the bolded. Personally, I don't think we reached for him, he was mostly seen as a mid/late 1st to early 2nd type pick. And technically, if we didn't take him in the first, we would have in the 2nd had he managed to slip there, so there was no plausible scenario he would have been a 3rd round pick.
  12. Its funny, the same people blaming coaching are the same ones who said we didn't need to take a CB early because McD is so great at coaching up CB's. lol
  13. I wasn't overly concerned when this was going on earlier in the year given we had Tre, Benford and Dane and maybe they were just wanting to see him make some improvement in parts of his game. Especially since he showed some promise late last year. However, if Elam can't get on the active roster over Norman at this stage, then that is a lot more concerning and tells me he is either part of trade talks or he really has fallen way out of favor with the staff in some way. Because there is no reality where Norman should be active tonight, so I think this is more likely because Elam is in some trade talks. And if he ends up not being traded, I have a feeling he will be active next game over Norman.
  14. Watching the All-22 this year, the one thing that has stood out how often there are spacing issues in our play designs, including the interception to open the game against the Pats. Is it Dorsey and poor play design or are the WR's not running the right depths on their routes? That is the question, but given the frequency of it, I am having a hard time believing it's not Dorsey.
  15. Hmmmm...feel like I read or heard this somewhere before...lol
  16. If they don't let Josh get back to being Josh...or help him get back to being himself and less reserved, this team won't make the playoffs. After the devastating injuries, the defense isn't good enough to make up for any deficiencies by the offense, and Dorsey isn't good enough to lead this offense to its potential without Josh getting back to playing free and instinctually out there. We won't beat Cincy, KC, or Eagles having just 1 TD midway through the 4th quarter. Those teams will all be able to score on us, and 2 of those teams have stout defenses as well. So the offense needs to be clicking on all cylinders and be at its best for us to have compete and win those games. Then you still have Cowboys, Chargers, Miami, Jets who are all capable of beating this team with the issues we have on defense and the way the offense is sputtering. So, unfortunately, the last 3 weeks have moved my pessimistic needle quite a bit, mainly because I don't trust Dorsey to get this offense back on track with sustained consistency. He didn't do it last year and so far hasn't done it this year. So our best chance is turn Josh loose, let him play free and make those crazy throws few or even only him can make. Let him take off with his legs and truck or hurdle a guy when necessary to get a big first down, Josh feeds off that stuff and is the most fired up when making those kinds of plays. It's time to give Josh back his swagger and mojo and let him go do what he does or this team is going to be in trouble unless Dorsey suddenly becomes an OC genius.
  17. There is no "excluding Josh Allen" this week...this teams will need the Superman mentality Josh Allen this week to get the offense right.
  18. Personally, I think it would be absurd to eliminate the "tush push" play. I mean how soft can they make this game? Just because one team is dominant in how they run it shouldn't result in taking it out of the game. I mean are they going to take QB draws out of the game too? Its not much different, especially from a safety stand point.
  19. No, I’d still like to see Gabes snaps reduced and Shakirs (and others) increased further. 95%+ of snap count to average 3 catches is not a good use of snaps. The over obsession of thread titles around here always cracks me up.
  20. But what would Henry average here with Allen and the pass attack? With Titans they have to key in on stopping Henry, here they can't do that. So can't really compare the YPC, two different situations. I think Henry could average over 5 here running in this offense.
  21. If being forced to choose between DHOP and Henry, I would have taken DHOP during the offseason, but now I would take Henry. I don't know that DHOP changes the offense much, this is a complicated offense and it would be the 3rd offense in a year he has had to learn. Takes time to build rapport and trust with a QB, so coming in mid season I don't know how much impact he makes compared to if he had been here the whole camp. Henry coming in as a RB is a much easier integration and I think Henry impacts everyone else by opening up the field more too as they will have to respect the run. More importantly, I don't trust Dorsey to find ways to get DHOP the ball where as Henry you just hand it to him. So I am leaning Henry, although I wouldn't be against DHOP either.
  22. Haha well I wouldn't get your hopes up too high, he didn't tell me he was headed here, just that he heard some chatter about us being in the mix.
  23. He works for an NFL team. I do have multiple sources in sports media too though, including my wife
  24. That is a fair point...but what would Gabes stats be if he was on the Titans and the #1 WR? I have a feeling not much better, if not worse, than DHOP's. I mean Davis has Allen, in a pass happy offense that he knows well, and is playing 95% of the snaps and only avg 3.1 catches per game.
