  1. Our pick is 10-19. KCs pick is 20-32. In perfect Bills fashion.
  2. Yeah, that is what I am saying, so the Bills would be off the hook for that money if we traded for him. I thought that poster was saying it was a hurdle to the Bills getting him, not that it was a hurdle for the Colts dealing him.
  3. I believe the team trading him takes on a good portion of the cap hit because of the guaranteed money. Not positive though.
  4. I don't know. If I were the Colts I would be thoroughly unimpressed with what I have got from Luck to date compared to what I thought I was going to get. Has really only had one outstanding season so far. He is coming off shoulder issues. He has only reached 1 AFC Championship game. Has a starting record of 10-12 the last two seasons with no playoffs. Now, granted, he is still ONLY 27. A lot of prime years left. But, If I can get multiple first round picks (I'm thinking 3 one of which is top 2 or 3 to guarantee you get one of the QBs you want) and maybe a 2 and a 3, I'm heavily considering moving him. You mention the cap savings, you get what would be a highly touted QB prospect, and then you get to fill so many holes with those extra picks. A smart GM trades those picks for even more picks. Now, you are building a potential dynasty, not a roster solely dependent on a heroic performance by a QB who hasn't been able to do it as of late.
  5. Unfortunately for you, Michael, I know you from HS and can guarantee my level if idiocy pales in comparison to yours.
  6. https://www.goapr.com/products/ecu_upgrade_20tfsi_long.html thats 40-45. adding a K&N filter adds another 2-3. Took liberties on the extra 2-5 HP. Sorry. I cannot comment on others driver techniques, all I can tell you is that I was at lights with newer S4s on numerous occasions and my 3-5 year old A4 kept up with them 0 up to around 60 when I would back off every single time. I was driving manual as well so that could have helped vs auto. I did happen to get next to a rare RS4 once, it completely smoked me. Also was able to keep pace with Speed3, WRX, 335 that I can remember for certain. Spend around $10k on an A4 and you can basically make it an RS4. Again, finding a great shop is key to making this work. I'm assuming it's pretty similar with the 3 class.
  7. Had an 07 A4. A few things to note: Had terrible brake dust problem always getting on my rims with factory brakes. Bought ceramic ones and the problem stopped and never had to buy breaks again. If you have the 2.0T, then there are quite a few tuning options out there that can raise your HP by about 50 for less than $500. It is well worth it, but does carry some risk so make sure to research quality ones with great reviews. I was able to easily keep up with any S4 after the reprogramming.
  8. Canes fan, watch lots of games. This guy is not a good QB. Never was. He just looks the part and has an arm. He is not worth the effort or roster spot.
  9. People want to say protesting the National Anthem is disrespectful and not the right place or time - But a big part of our Constitution is about freedom of speech and other Bill of RIghts protections for things just like this. People want to say you are offending the military and their sacrifice - Really? That's offensive? How about the atrocity that is the VA, the number of homeless vets, the mental conditions that go untreated, the minimal pay they receive unless they rise in the ranks? People care about the military when others are watching, but don't give a crap about what actually matters, making sure they are taken care of in their everyday lives. People say they want to create attention for themselves - Yeah, how is that working out for Kaep? These guys are knowingly putting their livelihoods on the line for something they believe in, when is the last time you did that? Would I protest it, no. But am I going to chastise someone who does, nope.
  10. Holy adverbs. So basically the entire post is this. Let's sign a QB that is familiar with the offense to help us practice better. Interesting.
  11. Shady summed up the situation perfectly. So refreshing to see a black man come out and say it like it is, he just is not good enough. I find it so funny how none of the national reports on Kaepernick even mention how bad of a QB he has been the last few years. They call him a former SB QB and viewers infer that he is like a top 10 or 15 QB in the league. There are plenty of guys playing that kneeled last season. The difference is, they can actually contribute to the team enough where any potential headache from their protest is outweighed by their talents. That does not exist with Kaep. He is just not that good. Plain and simple. Most of the idiots protesting outside the NFL office have little to no knowledge of NFL talent from what I've seen.
  12. Mick Taylor joined Mayall for this album right before he joined the Stones for a few years (which was the best Stones lineup IMO as Taylor is far better than Richards and brought a lot more versatility to the group). Fantastic. Spirit in the Sky totally ripped off the opening riffs.
  13. Was that also true when Stevie took well below market value to re-sign with the Bills? There are lots of players who take less to play for certain teams.
  14. Assuming we are also taking a swing at a "franchise" QB next draft, the smartest thing this franchise could do along side that in the draft is invest heavily in OLine help to support that QB. The last thing I want to see is a rookie top 5 pick QB getting destroyed because of a crap OLine. Most likely we will have more of a pocket type guy and our current line, even at its best, struggles with pocket protection right now. We should take at least one OLineman in the first or second round next year and hopefully a second in the third IMO. You will always have OLine injuries, we need to stock the stables to give our next QB the best chance possible to develop. Then go looking for real WR help for 2019 season.
  15. Do you know logic and reason are frowned upon around here?
  16. This is such a load of crap. I hear this on WGR all the time too. What I remember after EJs first year and the off season when Sammy was drafted, was a time where many of us were encouraged by what we saw in EJ year 1 and were excited for what he was going to do in year 2. It is EXACTLY what he should have done, get him a go-to WR to grow with their entire careers. Unfortunately EJ got replaced by Orton way too soon, lost all of his confidence and imploded, but lets not pretend like that happened before the Sammy pick. He only really had one bad game his rookie year against Tampa.
  17. Folks acting like the deal was done before the game. A verbal agreement may have been reached, but the deal was not done (or Watkins wouldn't have played). Instead, he played and then the GM brought in the owner and HC to discuss the potential trade. In what world is this going rogue or not working as a team? The deal wasn't officially done until the next morning AFTER McD and Pegula had their input the night before. Way to try and make something out of absolutely nothing.
  18. I love how many people here are just assuming we are going to draft a QB next year and he is going to be the answer even though history has shown that even QBs drafted in the top 5 have a less than 50% hit rate. It's just funny to me.
  19. Put me in the camp of Arya actually setting up Littlefinger here.
  20. Most research shows that the higher the speed limits the more dangerous the roads. Why is Germany different? Simple, they understand and strictly enforce the stay right except for passing rule. That is what makes high speed limits dangerous, the people who don't know how to drive and have no awareness of what is going on around them, staying in a lane when their speed warrants them to move over to the right. Nothing more dangerous than a car going 5 mph below the speed limit in the left lane.
  21. 1,085,272 played in 2015. Using that number as a guideline, 25,000 IS NOT just a blip. That is a 2.3% reduction in one year. Now, extrapolate that over 5 years or 10 years and you are seeing some very large numbers lost. Also, that is a decline when populations are increasing every year, so it is an even more alarming number in reality.
  22. So who, exactly, was ignoring Mack? He was on everyone's radar, especially going into his senior year. Then he won multiple awards and was a top 5 pick.
  23. Less than $20 or $30...now the stuff that grows from the ground, that's a different story.
