  1. Seriously though....how the F can anyone tell their hair stylist to cut their hair that way and be serious about it? Doesn't he have any close friends or family to ask him what the hell he is thinking?
  2. Worried about the concussions a bit, but I'm sure that was taken into account during he negotiations. As long as the contract isn't crazy, this is great. As a bonus, having went to Wake for grad school I always root for their players.
  3. Hozier show last night at Shea's was tremendous. Fantastic voice. They finished with this one, my personal favorite of his.
  4. Well, they are tanking, right? Seems like a good fit then.
  5. Come on man, at least use the correct first round pick for the Bills with this idea. Also, I don't think anyone is trading up for Lock. Watch some of his game film. Sure, a lot of talent on the face, but when you watch him, he just is so underwhelming. I can't imagine anyone trading up for him.
  6. I don't think they have the cash to afford high signing bonus from a restructure. Not cap space, actual cash on hand. That is rumored to be the real reason Mack and Cooper were traded, couldn't afford the upfront bonuses for the new deals.
  7. Definitely did live there and not in the 70s before I was born. Traveled daily all around the area for work. It's a complete S*hole and I stand by it. Now, as I said in my original post, that is OUTSIDE the downtown area which is, admittedly, very nice. The stadium area is nice too, but go 1/2 mile away from it and its terrible. Same with South Shore. The outer edges of the city and the surrounding suburbs are worn down, abandoned, dirty, and rusty. I had to find a place 30 miles outside the city to live that was decent (Cranberry Twp area) and if you want to live any where nice downtown, be prepared to pay a small fortune. And Primanti Bros is disgusting too.
  8. They are not mutually exclusive. You can get a big name WR AND OLine.
  9. I've lived in Pittsburgh. Outside of the downtown area it is a complete S'hole. Abandoned industry everywhere, crappy little rust belt towns surrounding it. It's like the Black Rock area of Buffalo, but it is the entire area, not just a little section. Of all the places I've lived or spent considerable of time in, it was by far the worst. Plus, with all the valleys and bridges it takes forever to get anywhere and traffic gets backed up everywhere too. F Pittsburgh.
  10. My favorite scene in the movie. Any time I watch it, I watch that scene at least twice in a row. This is not true at all. It varies by state, but in a lot of states employers can do anything they want as long as they are not discriminating against a protected class. Just looked it up and it looks like 29 states + DC prohibit employers from doing it, but the other 21 do not.
  11. I don't know. When someone goes to the media or some network to potentially capitalize on the situation rather than going to the police, it always makes me a bit suspect of their motives and, in turn, their stories. He is no doubt, an easy target. Fame, money, and a past. No one doubts their stories because of this. Maybe, just maybe, he is telling the truth.
  12. Isn't it Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo? Or with commas to help with pace...Buffalo buffalo, Buffalo buffalo buffalo, buffalo Buffalo buffalo.
  13. Well played sir. Well played. Been a while since I took the bait on this one.
  14. Our CB physical tomorrow from that Dwayne Allen visiting thread?
  15. Very true, but I have seen every other season at least 3 times and have read all the books except the first. Don't think I'm gonna pick up much more from them again!
  16. I don't see any cars in the left lanes getting covered in the first video, but the second video makes it look like there should be. Are these the same avalanche?
  17. I was starting to lose my excitement since it has been too long. Then I went and watched the previous season again a few weeks ago, and am back on board. The question is, can they live up to the hype?
  18. Allen is one of the best blocking TEs in the league. And he does have some catching skills. I remember him making some plays back at Clemson for sure.
  19. When I was there, Hotel School had the highest drop out rates and the most flunked class at the university....Wines. People would take it thinking it was going to be fun and easy to learn about wine and drink samples. They were in for a big surprise when they didn't have the palate to distinguish types and notes.
