If Hopkins becomes available, would you want Beane to trade for him?

Going to the game Sunday night. My be the only one I get to this season. It better not rain.. Dammit.. I went last year and it rained. Ravens Center, 2 other OLINE did not practice today. Might be catching them at the right time. With their previous DC the head coach of Seatlle now, this Baltimore Defense just doesn't feel the same. Run away from R Smith.

Week 1 - Cardinals at Bills - Game Week Thread
wjag replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Does that mean he was the best of the lot, or just that the lot was subpar? I'm hoping for the former. Should be interesting to see. This place will be talking about the secondary all season I think. -

Week 1 - Cardinals at Bills - Game Week Thread

All I know for sure is it is far better to win week one than to lose week 1. Damn.. That is sure rolling the dice... -
Not a surprise considering Rice's likely suspension. Might as well bring back the devil you know.

I saw Queen a few times as a teenager, once in Buffalo and once in Toronto. I kept my ticket stubs because well back in the day, that was a thing. My Queen ticket in Buffalo cost $7.50 for Blues in the Aud. I took my family to see the fake Queen (Adam vs Freddie) this year in Baltimore. Tickets for 4 were 1300 with fees. The kicker, a bottle of water was $7.50. The price of sporting events, concerts and the like is just getting outrageous. The SB is priced out of the casual fan now, I bought tickets minutes after the Bills schedule was released for SNF Buf @ Bal. Four tickets were 136 each and 196 in fees were added on the top. Those are upper deck seats in the gawd awful purple palace. And that's before the parking passes and the add ons for parking.. It's such a racket.

Joe Marino talks what the Bills have to do to beat KC in playoffs
wjag replied to Nephilim17's topic in The Stadium Wall
The QB protection rules have done more to extend QBs tenures than anything else. Put anyone of those QBs in the Marino/Kelly/Elway era and they would be done by 35 too.. -
Gotta admire the Panther's kicker holding out.. What could possibly go wrong with that decision?

Ghengis Khan would disagree.

No matter how it shakes out number of receptions-wise, Houston looks scary...

Stout against the run, teams will attack the unproven secondary.

What NFL rules changes would you like to see?
wjag replied to NoHuddleKelly12's topic in The Stadium Wall
All penalties are enforced. 1. Get rid of half the distance to the goal. If the penalty can be assessed, use the available yardage. If the penalty can’t be assessed, award a first down. 2. If, say the defense gets 2 penalties on the same play, they’re cumulative. 3. If the defense gets 5 yards and the offense gets 10, the ball moves back 5 yards and the down counts. 4. If both teams commit the same amount of assessed penalties, the down counts. 5. Have one additional ref’s responsibility to watch clock and snap. All he does is call delay of game and rectify issues of timing. That keeps the field refs eyes on the game. 6. Get rid of microphones in helmets. Go back to signs to offense and defense from sidelines. Microphones mitigate home field advantage. -
Coleman was my choice and I got panned in the predraft and draft threads. There is something intangible about him that makes me think he's going to have a significant impact. While everyone focused on speed and separation, I was focused on he catches what is thrown to him. Way too too too early to compare him to D-HOP but my hope is just that. If the ball is thrown to D-HOP he catches it. Nice article. Agree that talk is cheap in May. But for a rookie to get national media attention shows me I'm not the only one who likes the potential. Very much like that he is a film hawk.
