Yeah he made a lot of splash play interceptions, but he was also burned and when he was burned, it was a full on charring...

Baker Mayfield says goodbye to Cleveland (update - Traded to Panthers)

So how bad to do want out of the mistake by the lake? Baker: I'll take a 20% pay cut.. I don't need that 3.5M this year. -
Buyer beware. The 300's in the upper deck corners are full of opposing fans. Views are good, company, not so much. Unless of course the Bills are curb stomping the opponent. I watched that Eagles debacle from there a few years back and it was a miserable game on the field, miserable weather (wind was howling so loud you could not hear in stadium game play calling) and miserable Eagles fans who were chanting E-A-G-L-E-S all damn game..

Bills 2022 Season Game Best vs Least Interesting
wjag replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall
I love the schedule this year. Almost all of the games are compelling. Even the AFC East games. This is the best slate of games since the K-gun era. There won't be any questions of "yea but who did they play"? -
That should lock in the CTE for both of them.

Baker Mayfield says goodbye to Cleveland (update - Traded to Panthers)

my speculation was he was still rehabbing the ankle/foot and didn’t want to be seen less than 100%. He literally was no where to be seen for months. -
I could not imagine what it feels like to be a Browns fan. The chaos this decision has brought to the organization is really unchartered territory. I know its easy to sit here as a third party and say, if it was my team I would, .... Gawd what a fiasco to unleash on your fans. And then for the NFL too... One guy and his proclivities is just roiling the league..

Good: 77 Seconds against Denver Bad Superbowl XXV... Otis Freakin Anderson Ugly Randy and Tommy
-
My sense is two things. Hot bus first time. And appointment second time.
-
Certainly all three are likely candidates. Ford has to be on his last chance. Moss is next likely. The churn in the RB room says they're not content. Epenesa least likely although there are a ton of DL competing for those spots. All have a chance to impress in July and save their spots. All have a chance to be August cuts/trades.

i have never watched a single play from the four lost super bowls. I won’t until they win one. They’re all indelibly stamped in my brain. To this day I still say Otis Freaking Anderson!

Pretty low key appearance.

Eric Wood with good Bills info on Bussin with the Boys
wjag replied to BillsfanAZ's topic in The Stadium Wall
This was outstanding. If you like a player's raw, unfiltered talk, take the time to watch this AFTER they get finished talking about their kids. As much as this board demeans Lewan, he comes across as a regular dude. Woods and Lewan talking O-line is great banter. And Woods discussing his broken leg and Lewan reacting to it.. Anywho... If you got the time, it just may, may, change your opinion on Lewan. Woods talking about his broken leg ... "did the Joe Theisman" -
It's also good for recruiting future players.. Never know how the TE market is going to change...

Are players’ comments about the Bills’ culture typical?
wjag replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall
I believe the statements are genuine. We sometimes forget that players are more connected than ever off the field. They game together, they practice together, they share agents, and they are networked through social media and cell phones. What we hear in the television and print media are the snippets packaged for general audiences and platitudes abound. What I suspect we don't hear is the back channel chatter amongst players. And this is where the team reputation is most important. Made up examples of what I imagine is player grapevine fodder: Did you hear what Urban did? Did you see the Buffalo weight room? Saleh is a tyrant in the film room, etc.. We grew up in Buffalo, so we are not unbiased. But there has to be something to it as players who come here, seem to love it here. And some stay after their careers are done.
