Bills will have plenty of tape on him by the time they play the Patriots.

His me first approach has rubbed his team mates wrong. His contract sucks the life out of the free agent talent market. And when he throws his deep balls he does not have the play makers to run under it and catch it. He was so spolied with the talent around him he had and he singlehandedly ran them out of town.

After a mostly sleepless night... 1. When it happened, I did not appreciate the level of difficulty of the Knox TD pass. But hearing it talked about and watching it. DamnTheManIsGood 2. The biggest difference in games was the level of uncomfortableness Mahomes felt in the pocket. 3. The play of the game was made by Miller, Milano and Johnson. To watch the Miller swim and spin move and push Mahomes to his right, right into the lane of an on rushing Milano and then Mahomes slinging it off balance to Johnson who jumped the route was magical. Props to Frazer and McDermott and the guys for scheming it and pulling it off. 4. Bills have two QBs. One plays offense and one plays defense. Their skillsets are wildly different but they are true craftsman. 5. Buffalo taking Mahomes off the field in that 3-and-out finished by Miller's sack had to be so amazingly satisfying to the Bills front office. All their off season scheming and hiring manifested itself on that drive and turned the tide of the game. 6. I went on record multiple times on MNF rueing the fact that Buffalo could not replicate what Vegas did -- running between the tackles. Man was I wrong. 7. Were Diggs 148 yards the quietest 148 yards ever? A look at his stats at the end of the game, 13 targets, 10 receptions and 1 TD. Crazy. 8. Allen was an absolute beast of a player last night. Everytime you think you've seen it all, he goes out and does something jaw dropping.. And then in the interviews he comes across as ho-hum, so self deprecating and likeable. On the field, he will tear your head off, off the field he is so down to earth. 9. Teams have got to be scared shiteless when watching Gabe Davis run wild. 10. And now one week of stress free football. Packers get a bye week as they get to play Commanders. Happy they won't be on a losing streak coming into Buffalo. 11. JETS win, PATS win, FINS Lose. Would have been a bitter pill to swallow if we woke up with the JETS in first place in the AFCE. GO BILLS

So let's talk about the drive of the game. Backed up on your own two. Third and 13 and a pass to Gabe. And then a drive 98 yards to take the lead. That was THE drive of the game.

That's nuts. And the first time I have EVER heard of such nonsense. If he was not medically cleared the fly, he should not have been in the game.

Oh I think he will. The best part of today was the Bucs vs Steelers score. He was using that game as a reason why the Chiefs were better. Buffalo blows the doors off of Pittsburgh and then Brady struggles and loses to them. Certainly diminishes the value of that win. He was clearly annoyed that Mahomes was a home dog. And low and behold not only were the bookies right, but his boy choked with the game on the line. One other point he was making that Chiefs were playing on a short week and how dare the NFL take the best game of the week and handicap one team with a short week. So I suspect you will here that as his defense tomorrow.

They kept showing the stats all game long. The teams were nearly identical. Problem for KC was they had one more turnover. The game was that close.

I had to laugh last night when they said the Washington punter was kicking his 6th punt of the game. That’s more in one game than Buffalo has had through 5 games.

I think KC is great for the game. What kind of football would you rather watch? Washington-Chicago (although that ending was epic) and Indianapolis-Denver OR Kansas City-Buffalo? Mahomes is such a crazy competitor.

With the team appearing to get well this week, my question is, is the bye week too early? That leaves 11 more games to slog through without a break. Then playoffs. I think I would have preferred it to be later. The way this team IS getting injured each week, an 11 game schedule without a break seems worrying to me.

I keep looking for signs that this team will win a Superbowl. Each week they have showed me something... The first one came opening night when they clobbered the Rams. Doesn't matter what the Rams are today, that was a signature win. The second one was just losing a game in Miami where they played with significant injuries and weather and still had a chance to win it at the end. The third one was not playing your best half and then shutting down and closing out the Ravens. Never giving them a chance with the ball to end the game. The fourth one was walloping the Steelers and instituting the mercy rule. And now for me, the fifth one will be going into KC and dismissing them. I could have thrown in avenging the TItans loss, but the Bills had a significant rest period between games. So for me, go to KC, beat them by 1 or more and the résumé will continue to look damn impressive.. Championship caliber teams take on all comers and just win the games. So far, so good. To mimic our President, 🙂 Two Words: "Just Keep Winning!!!" 🙂
