Hmm. I see lots of quick passes over the middle of the field. Temptation will be to try and run on these guys. Everyone is expecting a repeat of last week's passing attack. Seems like the Bills switch it up this week. Every week's attack type seems different.

Pass. I don't believe in curses as a rule, but this one sure seems to have something to it. Maybe players begin to believe the hype. Do us a solid and put Patrick Mahomes on there.

Big Ben is wearing so much protective garb he looks like he is twice his size. Give him full props though. When he had a late rusher flash through the A gap, he casually and nimbly I might add, spun away from him. He's lucky he plays in the 2020 NFL where flag football rules are in effect for QBs. If he played in the 90s, Big Ben looks like he's one hit away from ending his career.

I like Simms because he talks like a normal joe discussing football. Slips in an occasional swear word. But when he gets to breaking down plays, he adds a perspective that you don't always here. For example, showing two fists tapping his head to indicate Sherman was recognizing the uh oh moment and changing the defense. I certainly didn't pick up on that kind of thing before. It does of course help to slow down the play and rewatch it in slow motion. We are slaved to the TV view that only watches the ball.

I like his office set up there. Looks like he is in a mall. Cleaning crew walks right through the scene. He should throw a barber's pole up where those Verizion signs are to complete the look. Can't tell if he has a Boy Blue Bobblehead on that table.

I guess the Bills aren't concerned about the doppler effect. Fast running receivers may be seen late by safeties trying to pick them up. 🙂

When he let number 4 go, over the LB and between defenders I was sure that was going to be an INT. To me, that was an insane pass to throw and it was expertly executed. That was a pro's throw. That was next level. That is Josh year three, not Josh year 1 or 2.

Especially since there was a lot of angst when he was out.
