  1. Jim Kelly has endorsed pretty much every QB the Bills have had since he left. I don't trust his judgement whatsoever.
  2. According to a source Kryk reported in his most recent article that Toronto's plan was to relocate as soon as possible as recently as June. http://blogs.canoe.ca/krykslants/nfl/toronto-group-bidding-on-bills-rate-chances-as-slim-they-can-match-pegula-source-says/ So there's that.
  3. I have no idea, but I think It's possible they are accepting more bids just to make the process seem more legitimate. If the only real candidate going forward is Pegula it might make the whole thing look suspicious and put the trust into question. Adding at least one other bidder could make it more acceptable for Pegula to win. Or maybe they just want to drive the price up.
  4. Carpenter will kick two more field goals, the Giants will get a TD and field goal to win 20-19.
  5. Quick! Someone email Russ Brandon!
  6. Don't fall off from any high places.
  7. Yeah this. Both of those games ending the way they did on national TV felt like a punch in the stomach. Blowouts don't hurt nearly that much.
  8. Trump is a joke and was never a serious contender. I can't wait until the process moves on in the next few days and we don't have to hear his name involved anymore.
  9. Who do you imagine this intrepid journalist would ask that would A) Know the reason for Glenn being out B) Willing to betray whatever kind of trust they would have to know that C) Possibly willing to lose their job as well. If it's something Marrone can't talk about why would a ballboy know? How many people do imagine are privy to this apparently extremely personal information? And again assuming they could get the information -- for what? To know what we already know? That he's going to be out for the preseason for whatever reason? How does knowing the specific ailment alter the situation in anyway other than maybe you feeling better about state of sports journalism?
  10. Nope! It's not football related. Players' entire medical history is not fair game just as if a client or a customer at your job wanted yours that would be off limits too.
  11. Assuming the reporter could get that kind of information it would would be extremely ****ty to report it. As you said it's not as if it's a national security issue. His right to privacy > your "right" to know.
  12. Which would probably mean raising ticket prices up to the top 3rd of the league and asking for a completely publicly financed stadium and an extremely favorable lease. If the county/state/fans balk at any of those then time to go.
  13. One could argue that there being a lot of talent on those teams might have helped a little too.
  14. Where have you gone, Shawn Nelson? A nation turns its lonely eyes to you.
  15. Incomplete sideline throw that would have been a 4 yard gain.
  16. That's disgusting and it almost comes off as victim blaming. "I was going to punish him more but she said..."
  17. It could also mean that they are going through the motions by showing interest in wny, knowing full well when they get the team they can basically do whatever they want with it.
  18. Was that before or after she apologized for her part?
  19. It's super easy to find an awesome QB outside of the 1st round. That's why the Bills have had so many over the years.
  20. The hall of fame game being so early is typically the worst preseason game. I doubt it will settle anything other than "how many drinks will make this palatable." The vegas line right now is sitting at "a lot" but it's expected to go up as we get closer to game day.
  21. I remember the AFC Championship game in 1994 when he pulled Montana down on his head well after the ball was gone and Montana didn't play again that game. I don't think he even got a penalty. Probably because nobody but the TV cameras saw what happened.
  22. Pack the stadium while doubling ticket prices.
