  1. I especially like it with the additional lane options that 12 personnel gives you. Pulling guard along with a TE acting as blocking FB and another TE blocking on the end gives so many possible gaps for a RB with vision
  2. The odds that none of our top 2 CBs missing a down is absurdly low. If you're telling me we can rotate to keep fresh I am happy
  3. Oh thank Christ. I'll be honest though, I am pretty happy if we have three decent #2 CB on the roster
  4. You'd think they'd have more energy to spend on the Eagles considering that the reigning conference champs are in their division. But I have noticed in the national media that the Bills are no longer the darlings to make a run like they were last year. A lot of them are putting the Phins and Jets over us never mind the Bengals and Chiefs. I don't like it, but I'd rather the team stay hungry and have all the blackboard material. Last year, we were the Super Bowl for a lot of teams we faced. Let's see some B game
  5. The more I see, the happier I am with the pick. One, because I am in general a fan of 2 TE sets. Two, because the biggest weakness we had on offense last year was when teams devoted their gameplan to purely shutting down Diggs we never had a consistent second punch to make them pay. If Kincaid is what we hope, if teams put in an extra safety to treat him as a possession slot WR you are locking them into nickel while having Know on the field to block for Cook. If they put a LB on him there aren't many in the league that will be able to keep coverage on him. Do the Bills need a third and short, but want to keep the personnel grouping for the D? Congrats, you can go no huddle and have Kincaid act as a FB. That's the plan anyway.
  6. My problem is that when in actual games I have seen better standout play from Elam than Jackson or even Benford. Maybe McDermott doesn't like how he's fitting in the scheme, but it's discouraging to see someone who we all know has hit an unimpressive ceiling being given a shot over someone who we have seen surpass it. Gimme that presnap motion.
  7. Didn't see anything for today's session. Drop notes about observations if you like. Mods please feel free to merge if I am spreading this out too much.
  8. "Hello? Police? I would like to report a murder at One Bills Drive"
  9. You're not the only one who has thought about it. The drop off in LB play after Milano is noticable. Obviously situational football is necessary but I will not be at all surprised if we see a lot more.
  10. We can do a lot worse than Bates to have as the vet to beat for a rookie. We should know, we have Bobby Hart.
  11. I figured. I'm more wondering what we do with him. Are we replacing Taron as slot CB. Are we going to try to mask the absence of Edmunds by playing more Dime/Heavy nickel?
  12. Personally I'm finding the Taylor Rapp with the 1s to be interesting.
  13. Are you seeing a lot of nickel sets?
  14. I anticipate that being our base offense for a lot of the season. The fact that Kincaid can go to FB or WR makes it darn hard to defend. Or Knox goes into motion and makes an unbalanced formation to run the ball down the defense's throat. Taron is one of the better nickel CB in the league, if Kincaid is abusing him that is going to be a mismatch
  15. I'm missing Yolo. I need my every minute fix!
  16. Beane's deal is looking better all the time
  17. The cult chooses very curious things to care about and very specific times to care about them.
  18. I figured I would start looking now. Is there a service that people recommend for out of town games?
  19. Despite being home grown I only went to Bar Bill about a year ago because East Aurora was always out of my way and Duffs, Anchor Bar, Gabriel's Gate and Goodbar were always closer. The wings I had at Bar Bill were hands down the best of those. To be honest the best Anchor Bar wings I've had were at the airport I am also finding that while I don't know if the best wings are in Buffalo, what you get at your average pizza place on the corner is in league with "the best in NJ"
  20. I defended Rex Ryan after year one. I didn't want to get rid of Tyrod and thought that we could get by with him and our defense. I was a "wrong Josh" advocate. I wanted Rob Johnson over Doug Flutie
  21. Is this confirmed? If so I am seeing the ball becoming airborne instead of a handoff. That way it is a legal forward pass.
