  1. After years of using [redacted for legal purposes] services with janky streams, pop up ads and possible computer viruses I swore that I would pay real money the first chance I would get for a safe, reliable and unquestionably legal streaming service. And I have had no issue with the YT service itself. But the conditions on which games it chooses to show make it unusable for me. I am better off getting Paramount+ and actually watching new Star Trek and then using my patchwork of Sling channels and free trials to bridge the other games.
  2. I'm just furious because I spent the money on NFL Sunday Ticket and it's turned out to be a massive ripoff. I think there have been more Bills games I couldn't watch it than could. That's huge
  3. I liked it at the time, but even I didn't see Douglas being as good as before. I saw him as "ok, he's a spot piece for this year" Now, I am not sure that we don't roll out Douglas, Benford and Johnson and Tre's future is not as a starter on our team.
  4. I don't disagree. Josh was huge, and the threat of what he could do always loomed. It just seems incredible that A) We decided to actually exploit that advantage and B) Quinn never went "oh jeez, we are down by 17 and it's raining, our offense needs to get back on the field fast, we can't let them keep dragging the clock"
  5. My one thing is that a lot of the national talking heads I've heard (so far, I am at work and trying to get glimpses during breaks) has been how underprepared the Cowboys were rather than the Bills play. And to be fair, the morning after with some tape it's apparent just how unprepared they were. Dan Quinn, who is supposed to be a good coordinator, was throwing 1 LB looks against our power running.
  6. I think we have some posts and tweets from this username that I am sure some people would like to share. Look, in terms of talent, if you told me that Herbert and Staley were at full go, I would still favor the Bills. As a measure of raw talent there is no comparison. But new coaches, with them on a mini-bye, us on a short week going on the road to the west coast is enough of a variable that I am not taking anything for granted.
  7. As of this moment, yes I am. I mean, not even as OC, I think my wife will understand that we are now part of a polyamorous group that involves someone neither of us personally knows. Bluntly, re: the Cowboy game, running full speed at the Cowboys knowing that we can exploit a weakness and daring them to stop us is something we have seen opposing OC's do to the Bills too many times. It was running the ball with a lead, at home, in miserable weather which is situational football 101 where everyone knew it was coming and Brady still made it work.
  8. As thrilled as I am about the victory, I am now hungry for another! The Chargers aren't going to lay down and die for us. But the Bills are the more talented team. This game is going to be one of the most pirated of the year.
  9. What if...we just ran the play in the opposite direction of their best defensive player every snap? I was ready to move on from McDermott too. There has been a definite fire lit since Dorsey left. I will still have my gripes, but at the very least Brady is doing the things that are so obvious that fans have been begging for...and for the most part its worked! One thing that stood out to me in the Get Up segment was simply "the Bills set late". Setting late, using motion for mismatches, attacking a defense deficiency...none of them required a complete overhaul of the defense, just doing things with purpose instead of trying to play Madden
  10. Effectively, they are going to wait for the results of the Week 17 games. I have a feeling they are going to isolate the Bills Dolphins game. The way it's shaping up, the only individual games that might solo determine playoff or division standings are Bills/Dolphins (assuming it's a .5 game advantage going in) and Browns/Bengals (two WC teams in the mix)
  11. This is one of my big points "why Brady is better than Dorsey" They scouted a defensive deficiency watching tape and planned an attack around it When it worked, they dedicated to it kept hammering it until the defense broken *their* gameplan to counter If the Dallas O had been clicking and keeping it a closer game and their D had adjusted, Josh could have thrown for more yards. But there was never a reason to, so why do it unless the D gives you a reason? I am not saying that Bills will need an offseason install to have a great postseason offense. But right now if I am making a list of the best skill position weapons on the team right now what do i see: Diggs Cook Kincaid Knox If 2 tight ends and your RB are in the top 4 of that list, I think we can steal some concept from Shannahan
  12. I said is elsewhere, I was amazed that is kept working. The Bills kept running the same run concept to the left and it kept working to a clip of 5.7 yards per attempt. We would have been outside the stadium with buckets of pitch and feathers for McDermott if such a thing were to happen. Skip Bayless is a huge Cowboys homer. That said, as of last night he actually said "I was wrong, the Cowboys got outplayed" vs Nick Wrong, I actually find Bayless less annoying
  13. I said it elsewhere, but it's wild to me to think that we might have a younger and cheaper version of CMC on the roster. Giving Brady a full offseason to scheme and install, I think we can run something like what the Niners are doing under Shanahan.
  14. technically the Broncos went on a bit of a run, but the point stands. The Dolphins have had a tissue paper soft schedule so far and got smacked every time they played a legit division contender. I highly doubt that they win out. it's chaos coming up Week 16 Bengals vs Steelers Browns vs Texans Week 17 Jets vs Browns Texans vs Titans Bengals vs Chiefs Week 18 Texans vs Colts Steelers vs Ravens Browns vs Bengals The Colts get a pretty easy path, but pretty much everyone ahead of us in the playoff race plays each other.
  15. Certainly present Dalvin Cook If you told me at the start of the reason that we would have a younger, cheaper CMC on the roster I would tell the team to get sized for rings. Right now, Cook is the most potent offensive weapon Josh has not Diggs. And good. Now maybe we have a solution for bracket coverage.
  16. Exactly. Even more than that, Dan Quinn never adjusted. I kept expecting for them to drop more into the box and shift over to take away the outside runs to the left and then open things up, but it never happened. Attacking an opponent's deficiency is the single biggest difference I see between Brady and Dorsey. I highly doubt that up by 17, Dorsey would have had the stones to just keep mashing the run.
  17. I mean it's cheating, because cats are entropy monsters. I say that living in a house full of adorable entropy monsters.
  18. I know we are not going to be able to pound the ball this much every week, but I think the have found our formula for the rest of the year. The thing was, it's not as if the Bills were doing something unguardable: they kept running the same run concept to the left. Normally, a D coordinator adjusts...and leaves openings for Allen to exploit. Quinn never did. But this tells us something: we finally have an answer to the D-coordinator question of "Why don't we just play Cover 2 shell on Josh Allen?" Go ahead. Empty the box. Cook ran for...7.2 ypc? Never mind the passing game.
