    It's not just this year. As I've seen repeatedly pointed out, the Dolphins have been constantly "winning" free agency every year Philbin has been in Miami and is yet to post a winning record while the FO has them in salary cap hell.

    What? Clearly I heard that Taylor waa just dreadful, and couldn't throw from the pocket and never ever could get better.

    We have him, but his salary skyrockets to 9 million a year for the next to years, and is voidable. I don't think we can restructure until the offseason. But right now, he's definitely looking worth it.

    I know. This week, Sully published a piece saying that he would still take Fitz over Tyrod.

    Yeah, that sounds about right. I mean, I want to see a greater body of work before we give out another Fitz level contract but these early signs are fantastic.

    Yeah I'm a fan of this idea. Shady is so explosive, and is better in the pass game but when you have a lead and are pounding it up the middle Karlos is the better fit.

    I'm filing this under "a good problem to have" but it's still a problem. If Taylor keeps at this pace...hell, I don't think we've averaged this many points since...what, the Kelly Era maybe? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    Yeah. I keep hearing how good the Phins are supposed to be, but they've never been better than 8-8 in three years while being in salary cap hell.

    That really is priceless. I've been calling Rodak a troll for a while. But these were great "value picks", and the result of staying on your big board. And suddenly the overloaded positions needed depth.

    I don't think Brown has been mentioned enough. 2 INT and a touchdown, solid play overall. Definitely a solid pickup on a 3rd round pick.

    Yeah. I know he's best at ST's but Karlos seems better suited to the task.

    Man, who here got tired of hearing how great the Jets were? That Jets offense is looking abysmal. No run game and Fitz is Fitz.

    Yeah I saw them look awful in preseason and my buddy who is a Ravens fan was on a ledge last week after Oakland.

    The Jets are looking bad, but I think the Eagles have gotten away with some penalties I think. Remember when we wanted to sell the farm to bring in Bradford?

    Yeah. I mean they weren't going up against crazy good offenses before but the Eagles haven't been great on D and they've had 2 3 and outs. The Jets D looks legit though.

    Watching the Jets on offense feels like it's 2011 in Buffalo again.

    Man, I know it's early but the Jets D has not looked that good so far.
