Dude, you know that the whole point of the protest is because the point of their argument was that black people incur violence from police disproportionately. You can dispute whether or not this is the case. But come on, how is giving the police more money going to have them kill fewer black people? Why should the onus be on teenagers to not scare the cops by existing to the extent that they don't get riddled with bullets? You can agree or disagree with their premise, but you are being stupid about what you seem to think the problem is.

That's pretty much it. He is considered a luxury player in Schwartz's defense. Schwartz has remained adamant about keeping 4 on the D-line and almost never blitzing. As a result, he runs the nickel A LOT and has a pair of very good linebackers in Bradham on the weakside and Hicks in the middle. They saved $6 million in cap space for cutting him, and have been trying to deal him for years. He's considered a very nice contributor, but for $7.6 M...that's pretty high if you aren't starting.

Hey, I'm all for it. I remember years ago wanting to make a wager on a game I was sure the Bills were going to win (2011 opener vs the Chiefs), and was going to ask someone visiting Atlantic City to make a wager for me. I would learn that "It's illegal there so it won't hurt the bookies' bottom line" That's really the only benefit to it now. Sport Gambling was allowed in Vegas and Delaware, so if there was collusion in the digital age it was going to happen anyway. Now, with online sports books that seem impossible to shut down and a thriving Fantasy Football model that is pretty much gambling anyway, what was there left to regulate? It seems fitting, considering his casinos? Hey, why does Trump put his name on all his casinos? So that banks know which ones to repossess!

Cover1 - Tremaine Edmunds post draft video

Not that I'm here to give Rex cover, but let's face it, when healthy Gronk has always been a matchup nightmare. He's too quick for most linebackers, too big for a safety and he's eaten every hybrid we've sent at him. -

I remember something Rex said about "trying to match King Kong". Tremaine might have the speed and size to do it. -

I might have been ambivalent at best about Allen, but Edmunds looks like he could anchor our defense for the next 10 years. -
Harrison Phillips will be a BEAST!

I happen to think he's perfect to eventually succeed Kyle, and should be part of a rotation to help keep Kyle fresh. Star is a two-gapper, who clogs two lanes. Looking at the style that Pettine used for pressure, I think that Star draws the center and his guard, leaving Kyle/Phillips in a one on one. Kyle, at least as of a few years ago, kills in that matchup most of the time. -
Congrats on a great draft!

Thanks man. For what it's worth, I am not looking forward to playing the NFC North this year. Aaron Rodgers is always deadly, and I am cautious about what the Bears will look like with Trubinky and the Vikings with Cousins. -
Way too early look at 2019 FA

Fair enough. The way I see it, if he plays well enough to earn a franchise tag, with the way our defense is shaping up we are probably going back to the playoffs. -

Ehh, I love Kyle and Lorax, but both are in the twilights of their careers. Similar with Davis. I'll be happy to upgrade from Mills. Schmidt is decent but you don't overpay for a punter. So, the only big ticket is Benjamin. -

I am similar in that I absolutely want Allen to earn the job long before he steps out onto the field. I am 100% ok with him riding the pine for most, if not all of the year. But if Allen is the clear favorite to start the season, I am ok with starting him. If AJ bombs, I would give Allen a limited playbook and get him some playing time. -
Congrats on a great draft!

Shhhh, keep it down! You'll awaken the trolls! Allen is, to be blunt, a very polarizing figure, but he's ours. But we really like Edmunds (possible captain of our defense for the next 10 years), Phillips (Kyle William's successor) and Teller (no idea how he dropped that far). The Packers are always classy when they face us. I want to kick your ass, but in the best possible way man. Good luck (other than playing vs Philly and Buffalo!) -

IIRC Beckham is due for free agency, right? I mean, not that I particularly want him, but he would likely be a market setter. -
Jeff, is that you?

At this point, I am accepting Mills at RT. At this point, I think the best we can hope for is Teller-Groy-Miller
