No, I'm answering you Well the simple answer "what point does it make" is that the "basket of deplorables" as you phrased it, seem to be NPC cucks who like watching DJT ream out traditional values because it really get them off to screw over other people. And boy, do they trigger. "OH MY GOD, YOU SAID HAPPY HOLIDAYS INSTEAD OF MERRY CHRISTMAS, I NEED MY SAFE SPACE, WAAAAAA!" PS: Sorry, I'm trying to use up all the 4chan before boyst and Tasker get here. EDIT: And Rhino! How can I forget the 4channer in chief?

Yeah, they can swallow a XXXL extra nubbly rubber, latex or silicone based marital aid. Let's be honest, for a long time "family values" has been the fig leaf for "Other people are doing different things, and the fact that they're not my thing makes me uncomfortable. It's better to punish them for not being like me rather than me to become comfortable with this broadening of my perspective"

Look, I am hardly Trump's biggest fan. But I don't care about whether he attends church. In fact, I am adamant that it doesn't matter. We are, in fact, Constitutionally prohibited from having religious tests for any federal position, and I think that's a good thing, because it then legitimizes all the pearl clutchers and "Obama is a secret Muslim" morons. Trump has never run with he himself professing Christian values, pretty much keeping his dog whistles to "You can't say Merry Christmas anymore", so I can't even say that he's hypocritical about it. Sadly, I can't say the same thing for all the bible thumpers who support him. They need a serious "splinter in the eye" moment.

To be fair, she reported it and the fed recommended an investigation that...just never got followed up on. And yes, thay should have happened to Hillary. Wanting transparency and accountability means not letting the people you might often agree with slide when they screw up I'm sorry, I completely missed the Congressional investigation that occurred when this was first reported. When did that happen again? *crickets*

Oh no. I am totally cool with Hillary being exposed as a shady politician. I want shady politicians gone. Let's hold the current administration to at least the same standard of rigor, never mind all the previous nepotism claims that arose in the tariff exemptions for Ivanka's handbags made in China. Speaking of which, wasn't China a currency manipulator? ?

Thhaaaaaaaat she had Top Secret clearance, and using personal email has all the security flaws inherent in personal email as opposed to a secure government account, and there was a risk of a data breach. . I will give her credit that she stopped and reported it when she realized she had screwed up, but let's not forget: Clinton got raked over the coals, and rightfully so, and it turned out nothing happened. And you RebTards still keep harping on "Crooked Hillary" So when the shoe in on the other foot, you trip over yourselves to explain it away? Do you realize how stupid you look?

I wanted to make sure the information was accurate...which I don't notice you denying or disputing. ? I answered your question, didn't I? One, really, that's the best derogatory nickname you could come up with? Jeez, put in some effort you phonetically challenged hillbilly. Two, like I previously wrote (and you ignored):

"Advisor" to the president. She had fullTop Secret clearance: https://www.axios.com/ivanka-trump-security-clearance-status-jared-kushner-f0ff4333-3665-4778-9c35-ba10bae55d94.html This means she has access to foreign intelligence and the president's daily intelligence briefing Oh come on, I know that it's not going to lead to anything. I personally doubt anything of significance happened, and I would be shocked if there are any actually repercussions. I just like to mention it because of the raging shitstorm that people on this board rained on Hillary Clinton for doing pretty much the exact same thing. I thought it was a nothing issue then, and I think it's a nothing issue now, but the hypocrisy is shocking. Everyone knows that rich people don't clean their own things.

Sessions Resigns as AG

I find it hilarious that these knuckleheads decide to keeping posting the NPC meme and calling people they don't like "NPC's". And yet, they are copying and pasting from 4chan, keep to simple (incorrect) answers, and have the same talking points. Irony is lost upon them. They think it's the next country ISIS takes (after I-raq, I-ran, those secret muslims must be coming from I-rony) ? -
Midterm Election Gameday Thread
WhitewalkerInPhilly replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I like the idea that we spent more than a passing moment to determine whether or not we were going to promote a sexual assaulter to the higher court of the land in a rushed effort to make sure a Republican led Senate was kept. That she was questioned for four hours to relieve the worst day of her life, to have them question its validity, to try to smear her as being a pawn in a conspiracy, to have them try to question a psychology professor on how traumatic memories are remembered, to have them grill her over a fear of flying. I then watched when it was Kavanaugh's turn, the prosecutor brought on to keep questioning impartial was sent away, and Senators spent their time talking about how terrible it was that they had to be here. And even then, Kavanaugh couldn't hold off being a petulant man baby. And this made you...support them more? It's funny, you calling me an npc, because clearly it's you who are glitching, getting in people's way and not having a single original thought. It turns out, the majority of people in this country believe me. You're losing. The country is getting younger, and your lunacy has ended apathy to record turnouts. -

It's funny, I had the same reaction, but for a completely different party -
The biggest myth on the Process/Rebuild
WhitewalkerInPhilly replied to bostonadguy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Look, if it wasn't clear to you that this year would be a step back, I don't know what to tell you. I didn't think it would be this bad, but this year was always about getting rid of dead cap and seeing what we had for 2019. I was actually impressed with some of Daboll's playcalling, but he's handcuffed by some truly awful QB play in Peterson and Anderson. -
You know, I seem to notice that...no one who seems offended is disputing that Bolosaro has a record of anti-Democratic principles, advocated that the military murder people, or that he has publically stated that he wants the police killing more people. No, instead it's just insulting me, and making up some random personal anecdote about how "the left doesn't think democracy works" and "he says something I don't like, let's compare him to a journalist I don't like and therefore he's just a drone" You can't actually refute me, so you like to stroke yourselves to not feel quite so small.

It kind of is! "Today I learned that the reason why DR, 3rdnlong and Koko seem to say deranged things is because they like fascist dictatorships. That's why democracy, representation of the people and not brutally killing people who disagree with you seems like such a crazy idea to them!"
-
I think I finally figured it out. You get rock hard over a guy who says this: And then you move over to snark at the appearance of two other heads of state. This is what you like. You a-holes are happy about a guy who has explicitly said that Pinochet should have murdered more people, that democracy is weak and should be replaced. It is enlightening.

Again...if you want to hammer her, go ahead. But come on, how many times do you have to be cheated and pull out every bit of mental gymnastics to justify why you're not. It's honestly sad. It's like watching a senile retiree being conned by a psychic while his children desperately try to save him from losing the house.
