Having the comment section of a congressional session overrun my white nationalists will do that. I mean, having violent religious extremists arounds puts a damper on things, unless they're yours, right?

So, I stayed off for a while because I wanted the real, unvarnished report to come out. Well, now that Barr, two weeks later, is now grousing about how he won't even release a redacted report after another week it's time for Hard Truth Time (Citation, because some of the morons here will contradict me: https://www.cnn.com/2019/04/09/politics/william-barr-mueller-report-donald-trump/index.html) For reference, the Starr report was out on a Friday, and Republicans voted to impeach Clinton on Sunday. So, Barr has refused to actually provide anything other than his summary of the report. The people who compiled the report actually had given their own summaries, that which didn't have grand jury or redacted information, and they were completely bypassed for Barr's summary. For which he will not release even the redacted version for 3 weeks. Holy crow, if Hillary had done this for Benghazi, ya'll would have stroked out from fury. No *****, the Mueller team has been getting pissed off Barr is clearly doing what he can for a coverup while strictly being within the law: 1) release a summary that is technically correct, but is heavily misleading, 2) delay any reveal of actual evidence for as long as possible, 3) hope that the news cycle has moved on by the time when the really damaging stuff comes out.

I will I'm wrong. But even if it doesn't result in criminal charges, it's done it's job. We already know that Trumps son and campaign manager met with Russian assets to obtain dirt on his political appointment, and then lied about it. We know he asked Russia to compromise national security by hacking on live TV, and then they did, and then his political fixer has been arrested firin touch with Wikileaks and A) promised more damaging emails and B) threatening a witness not to testify. His personal lawyer and campaign manager have been convicted of felonies. And that isn't even counting the resulting investigation in SDNY for fraud and embezzlement in the inaugural committee. For anyone else, the stench of graft and slime would kill their career. But some people eat it up. Mueller has been more effective at draining the swamp than Trump...who has done everything to make it swampier.

Tannehill traded to Titans

...you know, I said something about Miami making smarter moves. Hahaha I am happy to be proven wrong! -
Before watching Allen play, I was firmly on the "stats dont lie" camp. Watching him develop, I've changed my mind. I can see the places where bad penalties, drops and an in general lack of talent killed drives when he was on a roll or killed what would have been a big play. That is not to say that he is without flaws, but a lot of the criticism is made without watching the play.

Ziggy Ansah to visit bills

I absolutely loath saying this: I think the Dolphins might have learned their lesson. They've spent recent memory trying to turn things around with the big splash acquisition and robbing Peter to pay Paul to manage the salary cap while they look for a quick fix. And it has led to them being a more dysfunctional organization than us. I don't want them to learn their lesson.

Can you imagine that D-line? That would hopefully settle the defense for a few years, and let us truly take BPA every year. (Assuming Allen continues to grow) -
OT Ty Nsekhe (Redskins) to the Bills
WhitewalkerInPhilly replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Like I said. There are plenty of ways to package a one year deal as effectively 2 by assigning a signing bonus and making the first year guaranteed, with the expectation that unless he impresses he'll be cut for a minor cap hit the next year. -

FWIW, WF had him as a solid FA option. http://walterfootball.com/freeagents2019OT.php I am assuming that the deal is heavily frontloaded with little guarantee on the back end. -
Bills one of 6 teams in on Leveon Bell
WhitewalkerInPhilly replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well, I'm actually ok with it. The Jets have consistently thrown themselves into cap hell over the past few years, and that much for Bell is just stupid money. That would become an albatross for them as they try to A) sign Darnold to a long term contact and B) sign players to make Darnold competent. I was considered a homer when I said that I liked the money we gave for Shady, and now that looks laughably small in comparison. -
Safe to say at Pick #9, we are focused on OL/DL
WhitewalkerInPhilly replied to gonzo1105's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree that it's WAAAAAAAY too early to start making assumptions on what we would take. But I have seen a lot of mocks having us take Ed Oliver at 9, and that was before we filled in some gaps on C, TE and WR. -
WR John Brown (Ravens) to the Bills
WhitewalkerInPhilly replied to blacklabel's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
As much as I am excited and surprised by the Beasley signing, I think I might like the implications of this pickup more. Robert Foster was a great unexpected pickup, but it would be asking too much for him to be a #1 outside guy. If you can park Brown and Foster on the outside, and let Beasley and Zay hit the short and intermediate routes that ought to open up a lot for Allen. And I still would not rule out taking someone in the 1st if we trade back, or early in the second. -

Hey, I get your point! It's great to have picked up both! -

WR Cole Beasley (Dallas) to the Bills
WhitewalkerInPhilly replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sorry for the flat reaction, but I really didn't see it coming. He's a great safety valve option, and between him and Brown, and all of the other hole plugging, I honestly think we actually can take BPA at 9 (Would love another WR in the top 2 rounds, but no need to stretch) -

Ahahaha....right Oh God, you were serious. Pray tell what were you right about? Best I've seen you found one government official who has a different opinion Though how on Earth people coming in from South America instead of Mexico changes the discussion sounds like the dumbest distinction ever. I'll take solace in broad stats. Also...you keep failing to prove that sex trafficking would be impacted with any kind of hard data. Again.
