  1. Yesterday, I decided to go "off base" I, having researched the Alt-Right Playbook, decided to employ those tactics. There are more. And, to be blunt, I was an insufferable (censored term that refers to female genitalia) Here is the thing: It was effective. I used the stupid lingo that I've seen here (C uck, NPC, triggered, snowflake), and while they were non-sensical, they fared better than the reasoned debate I had been trying. Out of all the people, only one critic had anything resembling a cogent response. DC Tom, this is probably a dubious honor, but you hit me good, well, and with a clean an concise point even I on "be as Fox News as possible" could not shrug off. I honestly have to give you kudos for that.
  2. Well, it's funny because I see them treat the opposition like the devil. And, let's be honest here, I have seen enough art of God Emperor Trump (no, I am not kidding, this sadly exists. There are parts of the internet I wish I could unsee) In fact, I believe one of the early posters referred to HRC as the spawn of Satan. Which, hey, I didn't like her either, but hey, when one side starts basing their choices on 2000 year old myths you lose some credibility. If I told you that I sincerely believed that Loki affixed his testicles to a goat's beard, and therefore I didn't believe in vasectomies you would look at me like I was a gibbering nutcase. But when Tasker talks about how his rights are offended because Starbucks used a different color coffee cup, his rights have been trampled and he is being persecuted. and yet, my Norse Poetic Edda reference has as much validity as his book of worship. ...yeah. coming into work and being c ockslapped in the face is not business as usual. That doesn't make it better. ...you mean, are you willing to say that Q Anon is not a 4chan and 8chan based internet theory about...what was it again... A secret cabal of devil worshipping pedophiles in the highest branches of government. I'm just stating that. Are you disputing that? Because those sound like statements. and I dont see you refuting that in your last post.
  3. Wow...this is...worthy of study to be honest. I am honestly curious at this. *adjust glasses and begins dictation* "Subject is an inhabitant of 4chan and 8chan. He repeatedly posts from the wild conspiracy known as "QAnon", a subculture dedicated to trying to piece together random reports about a secret society of devil worshipping pedophiles, which includes every president of the last century and Hillary Clinton. Donald Trump is part of a shadow movement to deliver indictments to this group." "In spite of clinging to a theory that furry hentai fanfiction writers would be ashamed to claim, he has appropriated the term "NPC" for anyone who disagrees with him despite the reciprocal term of "soyboy" for people who cry "fascist"." "Proximity to 4chan and the term "NPC" indicate someone who really can't get laid. I will keep observation, but I don't have long term hopes for the future."
  4. Well, I appreciate that you understand my difficulty speaking to you and your friends. It's been like shoving electrodes into your grey matter looking for signs of life. Also, maybe : A) dont claim to be motivated by a work of religious text and then be butthurt when I use it against you and B) dont include a quote, and then a quote about how quotes can be twisted by evil people. It really mixes your message. /takes bow *Pats head* Awww, the beta c uck NPC can meme
  5. Well, I correctly referenced multiple quotes of scripture that showcase my detractors as critically flawed in their arguments and hypocritical, and they so shut down that they've moved to "I'll pray for you" in a few instances. But if you are referring to my attempts to win people over with superior reasoning, basic research and having a horizon broader than "she turned me into a newt. BURN THE WITCH!".... oh yeah, I know it's not going to work. I can't reach them. But then, it is fun to show how much they are what they claim to hate: a bunch of hypersensitive, whiny snowflakes with a persecution complex.
  6. Well, I'm not an expert but it's part of Jesus' address after being baptized by John. It includes the Beatitudes, and is prefaced by "judge not, yet ye be judged." And yet, right before, it has this pearl: Love that double standard 45 fans...
  7. *Pats your head* Aww, you're so cute. It's adorable. It's like watching the slowest kid in the class trying to come up with a witty retort and instead pissing his pants. You can't help but pity them.
  8. Matthew 7:3-5 Unlike some of the "Christians" in this thread, some of us have actually had to critically think about the Bible. Of course, these verses would have made them conscious on the concept of hypocrisy, so I can see why they are ignoring it.
  9. Here's the thing: I didn't mock your faith- I mocked the idea that your faith entitled you to enforce anything in civil society. I didn't say anything about tearing down traditional family structure at all. Like, at all. But I am ok with other family structures existing. I'm not for legislating against anti-Judeo Christian values. I draw a very hard line against letting Christians legislate their values against other people. But now it's dawned on me: in your, very strange mind, THESE ARE THE SAME THINGS. You've gotten your way for so long that other people getting theirs means you are losing yours. And that's "smearing poop on the wall" crazy. Checkmate.
  10. Dude, you want to talk about projection on that one...I don't want them to surrender their rights. You don't seem to understand that other people being able to live their lives, lives that are different than the "Values voter" nutjobs, is not "oppressing" them. But moving aside from that, I am going to call BS on "the system doesn't regularly provide candidates which outwardly embody Christian values". The system is chock full of them. Do you know how many renditions of "God Bless America" I heard during my formative years? Candidates regularly seek endorsements from religious leaders, and it's practically been a requirement that presidential candidates show some outside show of faith. In fact, if anyone would be ruled out due to their religious stance, it's Muslims and Athiests: https://news.gallup.com/poll/155285/Atheists-Muslims-Bias-Presidential-Candidates.aspx There are tons of Christians who I know who see their faith as something that sustains them and enriches them, and do their best as imperfect creatures. But you don't get to rail, rant and rave about how the Democrats are "devils" and "evil" (and believe you me, I've heard that) and then completely ignore it when your boy ignores all the things you b1tch about to the rest of us, and not be called out for the frauds you are.
  11. I mean, come on people, you see the irony here: The people who like to complain about a lack "traditional values", "Christian values" and want to "make America great again" went off and elected a thrice married, serial adulterer (Jesus had some words on that) who is a crooked business than with a long record of cheating poor people (something about a camel through the eye of a needle) who made promises to get rid of a government sponsored health care and keep throwing people unnecessarily into prisons ("I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.") And I of all people, don't think it matters if Trump attends Church, because it has zero bearing on his ability to steer the ship of state and he's never claimed that in who he is. I think he is doing a terrible job regardless, but we really shouldn't be making any deal about his Church visits. ...why, yes, that is a surprisingly accurate depiction of "values voters". How astute of you.
  12. Ok, I am confused. I am actually trying be serious now. You asked, "what does it matter as to why "values voters" went for Trump when he absolutely does not embody the so called "values" they share" My, mostly sarcastic replies, have been: Because they throw small tantrums when other people don't. They scream about how oppressed their voices are because someone got to put up a Mennorah at city hall along with a Christmas tree, or when Satanists got to submit coloring books along with their own, and how Starbucks cups are a different color, or that college campuses are dens of sin because they teach other ideas other than Christian philosophy, or a public school teaches modern scientific theory and that's an assault on the home. And the normal people have been expected to nod their heads, grit their teeth and force a fake smile, hoping that these idiots die off or go completely senile before they can do much more damage. So when they completely ignore all the faults that they normally constantly cannot stop whining and moaning about, because that person let's them impose their way, of course non-crazy people are going to call them out on their BS. Cool story bro. It would matter more if whatever you pray to existed, but I appreciate the thought. I'm a little surprised. I thought you'd think I was hip for speaking your lingo. My moral compass is just fine. You're the idiots who constantly B word, whine and moan about how oppressed you are, while complaining about "snowflakes" and the irony is just too rich not to enjoy.
  13. No, I'm answering you Well the simple answer "what point does it make" is that the "basket of deplorables" as you phrased it, seem to be NPC cucks who like watching DJT ream out traditional values because it really get them off to screw over other people. And boy, do they trigger. "OH MY GOD, YOU SAID HAPPY HOLIDAYS INSTEAD OF MERRY CHRISTMAS, I NEED MY SAFE SPACE, WAAAAAA!" PS: Sorry, I'm trying to use up all the 4chan before boyst and Tasker get here. EDIT: And Rhino! How can I forget the 4channer in chief?
  14. Well, I wouldn't really care if they kept to themselves, but they keep throwing little S**t fits about how they're oppressed, so they decide to put kleptocrats in charge to make them feel better and that causes problems for normal people. What a bunch of triggered snowflakes.
  15. Yeah, they can swallow a XXXL extra nubbly rubber, latex or silicone based marital aid. Let's be honest, for a long time "family values" has been the fig leaf for "Other people are doing different things, and the fact that they're not my thing makes me uncomfortable. It's better to punish them for not being like me rather than me to become comfortable with this broadening of my perspective"
  16. Have we yet mentioned today that they were Democrats, and completely forget the historical context of the Republican party being the progressives at least through Teddy Roosevelt, only to have TR split the Progressive party away from the Republican party in the election of 1912.
  17. Look, I am hardly Trump's biggest fan. But I don't care about whether he attends church. In fact, I am adamant that it doesn't matter. We are, in fact, Constitutionally prohibited from having religious tests for any federal position, and I think that's a good thing, because it then legitimizes all the pearl clutchers and "Obama is a secret Muslim" morons. Trump has never run with he himself professing Christian values, pretty much keeping his dog whistles to "You can't say Merry Christmas anymore", so I can't even say that he's hypocritical about it. Sadly, I can't say the same thing for all the bible thumpers who support him. They need a serious "splinter in the eye" moment.
  18. One of my favorite sports figures in Philly loved Baldy. That's a nice breakdown to see!
  19. I'm glad to have the Bills as underdogs here for two reasons: A) It keeps them hungry for victory while the oddsmakers take them lightly. B) I live in NJ, and that is a sweet, fat line to gamble on
  20. Thanks for the writeup! Seriously, I think my draft plan for next year is this: 1st round: Best Available WR or OL 2nd round: Rinse and repeat 3rd round: What did I just say? (You get the picture)
  21. I just saw this. I mean, I'm unsurprised, but he is hardly the only reason why the Jags look so inept on offense. If they don't have Fournette gift wrap games, or we go into Prevent defense, they couldn't do anything. It's Marrone strategy, all day.
  22. To be fair, she reported it and the fed recommended an investigation that...just never got followed up on. And yes, thay should have happened to Hillary. Wanting transparency and accountability means not letting the people you might often agree with slide when they screw up I'm sorry, I completely missed the Congressional investigation that occurred when this was first reported. When did that happen again? *crickets*
  23. Oh no. I am totally cool with Hillary being exposed as a shady politician. I want shady politicians gone. Let's hold the current administration to at least the same standard of rigor, never mind all the previous nepotism claims that arose in the tariff exemptions for Ivanka's handbags made in China. Speaking of which, wasn't China a currency manipulator? ?
