  1. He was playing hurt, not sure how embarrassed he has to be...
  2. Have you never seen a defender run the ball out of the end zone? It's not a touchback unless Fitzpatrick goes down or gives himself up, and he can't give himself up because Gabe Davis is holding on to the ball.
  3. Is 4 even going to work? If they add 1 new division (4 teams) then one conference has 16 teams and the other has 20? How is that going to work, how are playoffs going to be adjusted, etc... It almost seems like they'd need to add 8 for it to work?
  4. I think James Cook is getting in the game and making a big impact this week.
  5. Up until this week I don't think he's missed any games has he?
  6. In NYC it's very difficult to get a permit for a handgun, and there are also rules around carrying it concealed, loaded, etc... Laws he broke Having a gun without a permit Concealing a (loaded) gun without a permit I believe some of the charges related to the shooting itself were dropped, but he was eventually convicted / imprisoned on illegally owning the gun.
  7. more like upset stomach amirite?
  8. I thought the Colts would win tonight but their offense is as bad as Detroit's is great. I am hoping for the Jets pulling one out on the Dolphins to put us back in 1st (and to help with tiebreakers)

  10. https://www.buffalobills.com/team/injury-report/ Ed Oliver was a limited participant, Tre White has not been taken off the PUP list yet, so pretty much no chance he plays this week (or probably next)
  11. It is really saying something about this place that I can’t totally tell if you’re being sarcastic…
  12. I'd say a 2nd rd guy getting dropped by the Cardinals after just over 3 years means no

  14. The team doctor makes the final determination, but they are not likely to go against the UNC. In this case, the UNC should have held him out, the team doctor would be putting their own career in jeopardy going against them.
  15. I don't think no one is asking this, there is an ongoing investigation. There is a difference in their responsibilities though, with the UNC's only role there to be to protect the player from himself and the team.
  16. The Team Doctor may still face some reprimand, but the UNC's whole role there is to be independent and protect the player from himself, and they obviously failed. That, and the NFLPA doesn't have any authority to fire the team Dr., they can only do that to the UNC.
  17. Well, he did retire. Just like she slowed her pace of work, and now she wants to work more, and for him to take care of the kids. It's clear they had some sort of arrangement when he retired that she could go back and work more and he would be more involved at home. It seems reasonable to me, not sure why his job is more important (other than misogyny.)
  18. For everyone remembering Prince's play to help us close out that game, let's not forget Zimmer's play to close out our last victory in a one score game. https://www.nfl.com/videos/justin-zimmer-punches-ball-from-cam-newton-for-clutch-bills-turnover
  19. He's already had his career, he's known as the best QB of all time and turned that into a lucrative TV analyst gig where he only has to work one day 18 weeks a year.
  20. I think this has more to do with Emili having already used two of his call ups, along with Zimmer getting healthy than anything Emili did wrong.
  21. https://www.foxbusiness.com/lifestyle/tom-brady-thanks-gisele-for-putting-career-on-hold This isn't me speculating, this is Brady saying it in an interview.
  22. Does the same not go both ways? His wife put her career on hold for a decade to take care of their family, and decided it was her turn to go pursue what she wanted.
