  1. I expect this to change as the season goes along with Trent Richardson building up a head of steam.
  2. Since Cleveland's run offense and defense are also much better, I'd say it's a wash.
  3. I think that was actually the fullback. Inconceivable that they would only leave a FB to block him, but it was #45.
  4. Or a guy who turns retirement age and decides to retire. There's no story here, and the Buffalo News !@#$ed up.
  5. Sloppy !@#$ing journalism. Poor guy probably had 20 friends call him yesterday and ask what he did to get fired.
  6. 32. I was born in NYC and we moved to Elmira (Southern Tier area) when I was 6 or 7. My parents were both from Buffalo, and it broke my Dad's heart that I was rooting for the Jets for a couple of years. Then he took me to my first game, Bills vs. Jets, 1988. By the end of the first quarter I was completely on the side of the Bills, and I've never stopped rooting for them. It was an incredible game, an incredible memory, and hopefully I'll get to share something similar someday with my son, who should be born any day now. Fred Smerlas is still my favorite player, even if he is an !@#$.
  7. Hmmm http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/149884-secondary-coaching/
  8. I hear Tom Brady was available in the 6th round. We totally !@#$ed that one up.
  9. At least nobody on our team or coaching staff got rabies. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1TZrfGmFnc
  10. I get that people are pissed with Chan, but I really think the development of these young, supposedly high talent players is not happening as it needs to, and that is on the position coach.
  11. So besides the turnover machine called Fitz yesterday, to me the poorest part of our game was the play by the secondary. Our cornerbacks consist of 2 1st round picks (granted one of them was playing his first game) and a 2nd round pick in his second season, as well as a veteran. We have another 2nd rounder who made the pro bowl in his rookie season and a decent veteran playing at Safety. Given the amount of high round young talent (and seemingly dependable veterans) shouldn't we demand more of our secondary? Is it time for Catavolos to go?
  12. This reminds me of the time I destroyed the family coffee table when we lost Super Bowl XXV. I was 10 years old.
  13. So many Bills fans live and die each week with this team. Here's hoping there's not too many more deaths this season, and among them, this is the grisliest.
  14. We played terribly today. But not nearly as bad as the Jets played during preseason. So I don't know what the !@#$ you are talking about.
  15. Louis CK - In the last ten years, I feel like the only shows that have regularly delivered great big belly laughs are Louie and Chappelle's show. I love his honesty. He's not afraid to let people know that he's an !@#$. Where Carlin focused on society, Louie CK will often use himself as an example of how !@#$ed up society is. Mitch Hedberg - Any comedian relies on timing, and IMO Mitch really started a whole generation of comics who are currently playing with using timing differently, and thinking about jokes in a different way. George Carlin - I got my first George Carlin cassette when I was about 10 years old, and wanted to be a comedian for about 5 years. That same album still cracks me up, although it may be partially nostalgia. Honorable Mention - I don't think he actually does stand up, but one guy who I know will always crack me up is H Jon Benjamin. He's done a lot of voice work in animated shows, and anytime he's in something I know I'll enjoy it. Here's a clip from Home Movies. He was also on Dr. Katz.
  16. Fred Jackson and CJ Spiller catch for over 150 Yds combined (lots of screen passes) and get at least 2 TDs between them.
