youre overrating coaching........coaching does matter but teams that win in all sports have good players coached by good coaches jimmy johnson never won a super bowl without troy emmit and michael........switzer won with the same guys and wade phillips or insert competent name probably would have too look at joe torre who couldnt win anywhere till he went to yankees to manage great players without michael jordan or shaq leading the way phil jackson never won a championship pat riley never won without magic johnson mike holmgren wasnt part of a winner without montana or favre being on the team and shannahan hasnt won without elway they shouldnt overpay for coaching the gm is more important whether donahoe is a good one or not you can argue

looking at qb rating and games won and lost i'd say he's par for what amounts to be rookie qb...... and as long as this bunch has nowhere near what it will take to get to the next level, what i would do differently is play him and leave him in the game for 60 minutes
