now you say amen........forget it they arent goint to start him theyre going to try and make a run at this thing no one is comparing him to mannings or palmers or even ortons......just that you dont know till you play him which those guys had a chance to do .....you were all for sticking him on the bench so why stop now? what is the point of doing it in the first place? holcomb has no shot of showing close to the afore mentioned quarterbacks ability but losman hasnt had a chance to but has far better tools......its the coaching staffs job to tap his ability not !@#$ him up holcomb has chances to not lose games but he's not going to win any.....4th and 7 c'mon at least try for a pass interference........9 years he's proven no good but jp has had 3 games he's 1-2........dont even count the new orleans game cause it's incomplete the fans should be pissed....they invested too much to waste even 4 games on holcomb

yeah he's got a ways to go to get back to where he was.......but the bills still found a way to lose.......4th and 7 he had time, that was terrible way to end it

now that one is the one i do question....really the only one.........the pass interference call is judgement probably gets overlooked in most situations but maybe the guy had his eyes peeled and it was instinct to reach for the flag....speed of the game...moulds arm was extended fully and he got the defender off balance and a lot of separation

either way you could grade out the o lines as a tie tonight or give the edge to the bills for the ground game......... you probably do want your best athlete past the first down marker (scheme) but the good ones want to try and make a play even if its improvised......holcomb isnt gonna come up with many big plays..................he's got a chance to not lose games but he's not going to win many

some qb's just have a knack....theyre said to have "eyes in the back of their head".......winning qb's dont turn it over in that situation........not that losmans any better right now, but he hasnt proven it yet...holcomb has....we wont go far with him so why drag it out to 2008 to figure out losman may suck too...........too much invested, holcomb is expendable........its the salary cap era....we root for the uniform

look at the one that was reviewed......was it inconclusive in your opinion...or should it have been over ruled

a lackadaisacal walk in the park with jp at qb at times?.........i've read about it more than a few times on this board with people thinking maybe a vet wr was taking a play off...a half hearted attempt instead of going up to get it with two hands maybe .... interestingly the one guy desperate to proove himself not a bust, Josh Reed, had been the best wr, or at least was on the receiving end for the most passes, yards..............coincidence?? cant lead the vets on the club? just cant hit anyone? a little of both? frustration to the point an opposing defender can feel it and rub your nose in it, draw a luugie ....get ya spitting mad in a close game that when you come out of the locker room the coach is convinced he might have to make a change while it's still within reach
