  1. doubt it works against the steelers.....and they have a better tight end in miller than the pats do in vrabel
  2. they usually do it with kick returns and pick 6 (interception for a td)....when a coach calls for his quarterback to throw a pick 6 it's usually a comeback sideline route.....and kick returns are even easier...every man lock with a return team blocker, usually the kick returner has enough speed to make it look genuine
  3. sorry to tell you guys but the game wasn't quite on the level......Marv didnt want to rest his guys 2 weeks so they played a little exhibition and made it look like an oops................they want the Patsies to pass them and get the number 3 seed as they feel it's best for them to make a championship run from the 4th, to avoid the iron curtain.........but hey, Mularkey will probably still be around cause of it, so look on the bright side.
  4. if you get Brian Billick you can be damn sure of this.....your team will win at least one preseason game, cause he'll play all first team guys if they drop the first couple
  5. lol...your post didnt even mention farve or favre
  6. i say make it a closed competition with Losman the starter and stick to the plan....and then go to the media and say Losman is the qb if you dont like it "get out of town" (overused smiley guy goes here)
  7. more polls....tbd is pretty entertaining as it is
  8. I received word that Ralph is pleased that the fans arent as upset as he thought and key pieces of management will remain in place. He and I thank you for voting.
  9. you might have...they showed alex karas first and then simpson briefly next to merideth or namath..?
  10. what conspiracy theories are wny media offering?
  11. i saw a picture of him when they were talking about mnf analyst through the years, and Michaels mentioned him by name when they showed it
  12. no that is not true....but there are usually teams looking to trade up to get a player on draft day, and the Arm is merely pointing out that he feels it a better position to have as high a pick as possible.............hard to argue that
  13. when the Arm points out your inferior gridiron knowledge, you got a long way to go to educating the "new tbd whippng boy"
  14. that's the definition of bad coaching and preparation seems to me Losman was named the starter when Bledsoe was let go.
  15. agree all you want but merry go round qb's dont seem to work at this level.
  16. speaking of a wildcard.....how bout the Pittsburgh Steelers? Had it not been for knee surgery and multiple injuries to Ben Rothleisberger where would this team be? He was understandably sore and inaccurate against the Colts, but i'd like to see the rematch. If it wasnt for an ill advised onside kick attempt to start the second half Pittsburgh played the game pretty evenly after having given up an 80 yard touchdown pass to start the game. Pittsburgh in my mind is better than any team in the NFC.
  17. please do not resort to unjust criticizing of another poster....the reason i have so many replies is to keep the thread bumped up and active, as with a holiday weekend many wallers may have not had time to get to the poll.......savvy?......or did you overcook your noodle
  18. well there are quite a few dawgged ones that frequent this board.......dont want to throw any crap at any names though...........
  19. i'm sure it would might as well jump, go ahead and jump
  20. well 65% of bills fans polled so far either dont think he should be fired or dont know that he should.....seems by this poll only a small percentage of wallers would prefer mularkey not be back
  21. no berman? i'd think you'll get a heavy dose of chris every monday.
