  1. Have the Bills failed to convert a single tush push attempt?
  2. That was kind of an F U run.
  3. Former Dolphin Trent Sherfield.
  4. 3rd week in a row Josh misses Diggs on a long TD.
  5. The Boys are locked in.
  6. REUBEN, getting downfield in a hurry!
  7. Equally remarkable is that he's still only just over halfway to Jerry Rice's total of 1,549.
  8. "At the end of the game the team with the most points on the board is going to win."
  9. Is it true he had a fever before the game? It's possible he was off due to being sick.
  10. It's haunting that the refs' ineptitude basically threatens to swing any close game.
  11. Scott Van Pelt pushed back hard against officiating analyst John Parry when Parry blamed Taylor Decker during ESPN's post-game discussion.
  12. 11th in carries but 3rd in rushing yards. Lookie, lookie, here comes Cook-ie!
  13. Flacco has turned the ball over 9 times in 5 games. I'm not saying that disqualifies him, but that's a lot.
  14. Naturally, so why would it be a negative for his candidacy? That's what's being argued.
  15. One argument against Allen's MVP candidacy I've heard in this very thread is that his rushing TDs shouldn't hold much merit because it isn't a QB stat and other teams have RBs that score rushing TDs. This is a ridiculous assertion--- the MVP award is not a "best QB" award, regardless if it's typically given to a QB. Should McCaffrey and Mostert get dinged because they've scored rushing TDs that could have instead been scored by QBs or even other RBs? What are we doing here, is he a football player or not? Then again, one brilliant assertion I read here the other day is that "MULTIPLE players" would need to "literally die" for Allen to be considered. The mind boggles, my dudes.
  16. As good as Flacco is playing, what is he coming back from besides the waiver wire?
  17. Who's going to cover Justin Jefferson this week?
  18. As good of a season McCaffrey has had, he's going to fall well short of the benchmarks* typically achieved by RBs that have won MVP. Having said that, the league has evolved into an era of RB specialization yet he's mostly operating like the all-purpose bellcows of the past. He's definitely not the most "valuable" player on his own team (as evidenced by Purdy's implosion against Baltimore) but he may be having the best season relative to position. If the award truly were given to most spectacular player (its not), it should come down to McCaffrey, Tyreek Hill and Myles Garrett. (*McCaffrey is tied in total TDs with Mostert at 21. RB MVPs in the recent past flirt with 30)
  19. He's going to let the Bills look at it?
  20. FWIW, this discussion in the media re: Allen is becoming more prevalent as the Bills continue winning. Its also clearly backed up in his increasing Vegas odds.
