  1. Out division rivals have some tough games not only this week but next (Patriots at Bengals, Ravens at Dolphins, Jets at Atlanta). if only we could find a way to win this Baltimore game and follow it up by beating Cleveland Thursday night.
  2. Actually the "crappy" teams do pretty good in the NHL playoffs somewhat commonly. Finals 2 years ago #6 New Jersey ( go Devils) vs #8Los Angeles.....and any hockey fan knows lower seeds winning best of sevens happens often. How many #5 or #6 seeds have won the Superbowl recently? Giants, Pittsburgh, Ravens.......with all that said I could not agree more. Let's stop diminishing the regular season. I liked it when it was 3 divisions and 2 wild cards.
  3. There is NEVER a need to pull that out....
  4. to those who say there is no reason to sling it I submit this: But as a poster had said before maybe time had already run out.
  5. this could be accurate. I hadn't considered that. it was very close, why not sling it either way? but yeah you could be right....
  6. Believe me, I don't want to make a big deal out of it but did they not take a knee down 7? rewatch the play and tell me that is not what happened. But whatever....its not that big of a deal. watch it again. knee goes down
  7. It was kind of a weak play. There is so much more to be bothered by but the OP is right, we took a knee down 7. It would have been the most unlikely of all miracles but we did take a knee down 7.
  8. EJ couldn't have played worse
  9. Those poor Bills fans at the game today
  10. Even with their surprising 3-0 start I still wouldn't be surprised if they finish 9-7 or 8-8....tho that 2-14 schedule will help..
  11. Unbelievable. 3 weeks in and the Chiefs have surpassed last years win total. I had counted the Chiefs as an easy win on the schedule
  12. Yep, got seasons also. I'll be doing my part tomorrow!
  13. I really didn't notice any danger. There was some yelling and stuff but there were two huge RV's between me and them. But I do know the group you're speaking of I think. My group was more into their thing, maybe the trouble was coming from the other side of the pats group. I had to much grilling and bean bag toss to worry about than pay attention to them.
  14. Hammer lot is the way to go but I'm kinda glad I ended up in the Mud lot this past week. Lots of....um..."personality" over there too. I had never parked there before and now I know of a good number two. With that said we're leaving Rochester an extra half hour early at 7am this week.
  15. Were those Pat fans toward the back corner? Close to the field house?
  16. So I've been to MANY Bills games and more often than not I park in Hammer lot. To my surprise Sunday the lot was totally full at 8:15...I know the board had a meet up there which I am sure played a roll in it filling so early (in years past I would be safe showing up at 830 to get in with spots to spare). I am just wondering if the lot filled so fast because of the meet up or just as much because the new harder stadium lot rules? At any rate I'm leaving Rochester a half hour earlier this week.......my crew ended up parking in the mud lot which was OK. But I hate how the field house blocks the view of the stadium..
  17. UB wearing the "new york' on their jerseys makes them look silly. I see what they are going for but its a loooooong reach.
  18. I got some chicken breast marinating in a spicy honey mustard right now. I'll grill them up tomorrow and toss them on a Kaiser bun with bacon, onion and tomato. Think the other guys got buffalo dip, brats and mac salad. I'll be starting with a bloody mary at 9am in the hammer lot and then onto Saranac Pumpkin ale and PBR's and shot of tuerkey...LETS GO BUFFALO!!!
