    They've never really been a team of stars. My thoughts are that they still have a Hall of Fame quarterback and a good running game. The Bills should be able to score, though.

    Don't know anything about that, but I do know he simply never got better. The same physical ability that carried him in college didn't do anything for him in the NFL.

    The Bulls tend to play up to the competition in these types of games. We've seen them hang with Georgia, Auburn, Penn State and others for halves at a time. I'll be switching between this and Charlotte's inaugural game.

    I believe he goes on waivers first, and if he clears waivers, he can be re-signed to the practice squad. I could be wrong. I don't think this is surprising to anybody. The writing was on the wall against the Redskins. I don't think he played a snap.

    Sure, the Bills whiffed in that case, but for every Fletcher there's a Peerless Price (who would have left), Larry Brown, Alvin Harper, etc.

    Oh, definitely. Total speculation, of course, but I'm thinking other players aren't recognized for their AA and AAA statistics because if they're in the farm leagues long enough to have that many hits, chances are they aren't reaching a milestone hit number in total anyway. Honoring 4K is probably honoring his longevity and professional success, more than the number itself.

    When I heard them talking about this on the radio this morning, and they mentioned backlash about the attention the 4,000th hit received, I thought to myself, "Who in the world is upset by this?" Now I know.

    Called early last Saturday. Got Sunday Ticket for free, Cinemax, Showtime and Starz free for six months and $23 off my monthly bill for the next 18 months and $10 off my bill for every month after that up to 24 months. Had to re-up a one-year contract. Couldn't be happier!
