    Josh has 2 years of guaranteed money left. He can demand a trade and not leave the Bills with any dead cap after 2025. I hope he can stay healthy and make it until then because if the Bills are keeping McDermott he's not going to win one here. Rivers didn't get to play 7 seeds

    One of the reasons we were 6-6 in the first place was because of McDermott and his coaching. We are just in another level of pregatory. Plenty of "true fans" don't want to waste another years where the ceiling isn't the Super Bowl

    That they were disappointed & angry realizing their way of building a football isn't championship caliber, instead of happy to be just be there. That they never should of been 6-6 in the first place, instead of thinking winning 5 straight is a major accomplishment.

    He actually got something out of Daniel Jones in 2022, made the playoffs & won coach of the year. I think he’s doing just fine in Jersey and Hindsight will show we should have fired McD after 13 seconds to promote Daboll.

    Sure, anything could happen. But its far more likely Mahomes puts together a drive and we lose. He would hired as a HC in 2024, help that team improve while giving the Bills the chance to reach the next level

    People just like to use buzzwords to make their point. Agressiveness/Playing it Safe isnt why McDermott has to go, the inability to win compete in a conference championship because of roster construction, terrible real time decisions and the inability to make adjustments is why we need a new voice & new direction
