  1. Did you just not watch a whole season of football?
  2. Peerless Price and Eric Moulds have both produced more receptions in a season than Reed. Evans has done fine. The great WR is reflective of the QB. It is easy to replace.
  3. Why do so many fans fall in love with the WR position? It's the second (or arguably third) easiest position to replace. Skill positions may be popular among fans, but they are rarely the pressing need that many of you pretend it to be. Do you really think that the 2009 Owens was so good that he can be only replaced by a high draft pick?
  4. But in all seriousness, don't. I'd rather not read pBills pretending to be an international relations professor.
  5. There is something wrong with you. Learn how to take advice without crying about it. I wasn't nitpicking BTW, I was giving suggestions as to how to actually go about making this argument better, because I was interested in seeing the results. In the real world people don't give you a standing ovation over every little thing. Grow up.
  6. Because of this I think to definitively study the weather rates at Bills games would take a lot of work.
  7. I think it is a very good idea to do a study to put to rest the cold weather myth, but I think you've gone about it a bit wrong. First of all, increase your sample size. Why limit it to 6 seasons? In order to explain glaring tenancies (especially considering that there are fewer games in january than the other months) you need to make sure you've tracked down enough data to overlook the few home games shown in your collection. You also need to use comparative data, since that is what your trying to prove. Saying that 6% of games occurred in snow conditions doesn't mean anything to me. Sure 6% is alow number, but is that relatively high? I have no idea. I think you're on the right track, but let's try and get a more definitive conclusion out there.
  8. You do realize that you just explained more thoroughly how Lynch was beaten out, rather than make an argument against it, right?
  9. No. Losman was good in 2006.
  10. No. Losman was good in 2006.
  11. I agree with this point a lot. Why does America seem to think that if Sportscenter doesn't cover it extensively, it's either not popular or just a niche sport. The real joke is on dudes who can't make decisions themselves on which sport to watch.
  12. You know, I was really enjoying this one dude make an a$$ out of himself, and then everyone also laughing at him, but you ruined it. You're just too dumb, and think that you need to combat him with your actual political beliefs, which in short revealed to us that you actually think that a political figure needs an ivy league degree to represent you.
  13. If you're a mayor do you ever turn down a publicity opportunity to meet with the President? If he was worried about the vegas comments, could he have had the press bill the meeting as some acceptance of apology? It's probably better off in the long run to meet with the president, even if you're a republican from mayor in anyrepublicancity, anysouthernstate. It's just solid press.
  14. I know it is ESPN's job to jump to conclusions...but that whole Duke Lacrosse mess was very poorly investigated and reported. The fact that she did this makes me wonder how the media would have reacted had the Duke players been committed.
  15. I guess the man is like a legend. Real folklore. That third video is pretty insane though. Police who use tasers to stun people when there is no aggression need to be suspended immediately. I could see it MAYBE if that old man had something threatening about him, but he didn't.
  16. Thank you. Instant classic.
  17. You do realize he has no tenure since Dallas, right? He's been an assistant, and a coach in college, but he has nothing else to go off of.
  18. I can't believe you took the time to process this thought, let alone type it. I could see this as an immediate reaction to the hiring, but we're a little less than 2 months away from his first draft with us! You've got no leverage in an argument here. No one does. He needs to coach some games before you can be so ridiculously critical.
  19. Dude I love Willy and all, but he was signed to the Colts for like the fourth time in his short 10 month NFL career. He was living off the waiver wire there for a bit, getting cut from the Ravens. To make a long story short, he is not the destined replacement to arguably the greatest Quarterback of all time.
  20. But don't worry! We kept that converted back-up hybrid safety!
  21. It's so true. People have a unique revisionist relationship with Leonhard. Fletcher too. Just because a player the Bills used to have is starting somewhere else does not mean they were the best option. Clearly Leonhard wouldn't make the Bills' roster with our current safety depth so I don't see how cutting him or Wendling for that matter is a mistake.
  22. Part of me wonders if the people continually calling it a POS have ever even been to a game...
  23. You're not crazy. All these clowns don't realize the fact that all those new stadiums come with mindless gimmicks, and are not really what we want. Our seats are really close together, which is awesome, and definitely an advantage as far as the 12th man is concerned. If you look at our stadium, it's clear that the 100 level people are much closer together than at dallas' palace.
  24. As much as I hate that dude... He's 3 for 4 in superbowls, and holds the following regular season and post season records: * Highest total passing touchdowns in a regular season: 50 (2007) * Highest total passing touchdowns in a season: 56 (2007) * Highest total passing touchdowns in a single quarter: 5 (2009) * Highest completion percentage in a single game: 92.9% (2007) * Largest touchdown to interception difference: +42 (2007) * NFL record for most consecutive wins in post season: 10 (2001, 2003, 2004) * Tied for most completions in a Super Bowl: 32 (XXXVIII) * Most career Super Bowl completions: 100 (XXXVI, XXXVIII, XXXIX, XLII) * Most games with three or more touchdown passes: 12 (2007) * Most touchdown passes in a month: 20 (October 2007) * Only quarterback to start and win 3 Super Bowls before his 28th birthday. * Most career overtime wins without a defeat: 7-0 * Most consecutive playoff wins by a quarterback: 10 (2001, 2003, 2004) * Most consecutive completions to start a career without an interception: 162 * NFL record for most consecutive wins in post season: 10 (broke record of Green Bay's Bart Starr). * Most consecutive post season wins (college and professional combined): 12 * 3 Super Bowl victories * 2 Super Bowl MVP awards * Most completions in a Super Bowl (32 in Super Bowl XXXVIII) * Most career Super Bowl completions (100 in four games) * Highest completion percentage in a single game, minimum 20 attempts (26 of 28, 92.9%, against Jacksonville in 2007 AFC Divisional round)
