Christian Ponder's girlfriend ......

Lol. It's a slow off season. Hotties sure help pass the time, and good humor too. -
Only one month left before the world ends...
Pilsner replied to Just Jack's topic in Off the Wall Archives
I'm sure the devil is pulling strings and calling in favors to prevent the end of the world. If the world were to end then there would be no more souls for him to buy. Zeus and his like must be having an emergency meeting on Mount Olympus of epic proportions. -
Christian Ponder's girlfriend ......

Ponder's ex is damn hawt. As to the preference or non-preference of her store bought boobies, to each his own. She does have a great smile. -
What positives do you see coming into this season ?
Pilsner replied to Scrappy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I look forward to the offense playing at least slightly better than last season to begin this season. I think our D will have plenty of growing pains to begin with but gradually get better and at the end of the season showing much more promise than last year. This is just my most conservative view. A lot more could very well happen. It has honestly not yet hit me that a stud like Dareus is a Bill. He has the potential to follow Bruce's path to some extent. Perhaps in a few months I will wake up to the glorious fact we finally got a beast. -
My thoughts as well.

Yes quite lucky indeed. I hope he'll think twice about confronting a curb again. I wonder how many flowers and get well cards this upstanding citizen will get while in the hospital? He should thank his lucky stars the marines were there to save him from further harm. Those darn curbs.

I think OT Hairston is going to be a player
Pilsner replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm just glad the Bills went for (in their minds) the highest value players when their picks came up instead of reaching for a need. I have hope for this big lug Hairston. I luv that he has a mean streak. No teddy bears allowed on our O-line. If we get lucky and he can become a House I'll be excited. If he becomes a Condo, I'll be ok with that. Also it seems like Hairston takes a lot of pride in his pass blocking. We seem to be getting new players on our team who take quite a lot of pride in doing things right. He seems to fit the new mold on our team. Tough, intelligent, driven, big and strong. I hope he pans out. -
Well said

Those are awsome vivid pics from that time period. Really enjoyed viewing them. Thanks for posting.

Sometimes I'm harsh on Ralph. But overall I have respect for the guy. He may befuddle us sometimes but in many respects he's done more than most of us ever will.

What, no Phantasm? "You play a good game boy. But the game is finished. Now you die." Gosh no one appreciates a good old classic cheesy horror flick anymore

Kristin Wiig is a wonder. She's awesome.

When it's more than just for the paycheck then you know it means something. It's rare, but sometimes there comes a time when pride and loyalty tip the scale towards something amazing. I damn well hope we are seeing the tip of something here.

What will it take for certain players to "breakout"
Pilsner replied to buffalohotwings's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So many to choose from. I have optimism in Stevie, Troup, Carrington, Spiller, David Nelson and Moats. And of course our Fitzy to some degree. Batten, if he does well I would not really consider a breakout cause he didn't really play last year. Honestly we have so many young guys with promise, if half of them break out it will be a huge plus. IMO most of them should and will. Shawn Nelson, I'm iffy about him. I cannot expect a rookie to have a breakout season because they have no first season to compare a breakout season to. All we can hope for of our rookies is to have a great season and then surpass that in their 2nd year (breakout season) hopefully. -
Bills' Fitzpatrick Ranks Poorly Under Pressure
Pilsner replied to papazoid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Interesting. I should review the topic of the article more. But people still shite on Fitzy more than they should. If viewed with such a single minded view then perhaps the article has credence. But we all know games are determined more than by just what is stated in the article. In a game, how a team's defense does has an effect on how a qb plays as well. We had to play some keep up last season cause our D wasn't up to par. I'm not sure the article took that into enough account. Some people love to say, oh here come the excuses. I don't say that. I say, these are the reasons. Here's how to fix them. Here are the solutions. Anyone with a lesser mindset won't progress. I think our Fitzy has this great mindset. -
Bills' Fitzpatrick Ranks Poorly Under Pressure
Pilsner replied to papazoid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would offer my meaningless opinion, but some here such as John from Hemet have already provided more than I could have. Ok here's my meaningless opinion anyway. Some people like to nitpick to the slightest percentage to make their points. Nitpicking to that degree might be appropriate to the markets but not necessarily always to the NFL. It's a team game. As such many factors should be taken into account. Fitz last year may not have been the most accurate passer but damn, how do you take into account stats such as leadership qualities which bring loyalty and hard work from your teammates? How about the stats of getting an offense to play as a more cohesive unit more so than any previous qb has done since Kelly? Stats like this cannot be put on paper. Sure within the next couple years there might be a qb worth drafting who will be better than Fitz, but it behooves me why some people insist on crapping all over Fitzy. When you go up to a man and say "you know, your stats show you will not amount to squat", when stated to a man with determination and leadership and loyalty behind him, sometimes magical things can happen. We shall see. One thing I know is Fitzy and his loyal teammates are going to give it everything they have. This is a lot more than I've seen of others in this league. -
Just over one year ago JaMarcus Russell cut
Pilsner replied to Beerball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is a huge waste of talent. But that's fine. Just helps remind the rest of us what to be wary of. Jamarcus was a lucky piggy that got to wallow in his laziness and yet got millions. Most of us knew what a lazy bastard like him was capable of. Shame on the Raiders for letting him take advantage of them. Do not dwell on wasted talent. If it's wasted then the one who has the potential isn't deserving. What matters is the one who makes the most of the talents they have. whether they have talent or not. As long as they have the desire. I see your point tho Beerball. When Jamarcus is on his deathbed years from now what will he think? If he does something good for humanity with his millions then good for him. If he doesn't then shame on him. But I doubt Jamarcus could give a rats azz right now. He's a lazy bastard who milked the Raiders. Shucks, he's lazy and that's what he should be remembered for. Anyone who says he is smart and made out well is not one to be trusted or to watch anothers back. -
This is the one thread that will last until the next generation and most likely beyond. What title can surpass this one? Will the site handle over a million views and posts? Cause it will come to that eventually.

This was before my day when I became a Bills fan. But seeing vids like this helps me to appreciate what I missed. Never saw Conrad Dobler play but paying attention to him and Fergie and others in this vid. Thanks for posting!

If we got Orton for pennies I would dance a jig. He could be our grizzled Jim Kelly imo. Or at the very least a great back up. For some damn reason I've always been high on Kyle Orton. With Chan's coaching he could be something. I suppose though, with Chan's tutelage a lot of qb's could turn into something. But I've always envisioned Orton being productive as a part of our team in some capacity. Fitz is our man. If we could get Orton, he could be our Frank Reich. although I see him more personifying Jimbo. Frank just seemed more of a cerebral qb. Who could be our Reich? On a side note. I likey Gradkowski too. If he happens to land with us I won't fret. He doesn't have the biggest arm, but he's a gamer. He hasn't had the best coaching, but with Chan, who knows what he might become?

Goshies no, how has this thread lasted so long?

Thanks for helping me put some things into perspective. I've been hard on Ralph from time to time. All in all, when the stakes are down, well... Thank you Mr. Wilson for giving us the Bills and keeping them in place. I just hope they stay.

What's it like being a Bills fan on the West Coast?

What's it like being a Bills fan on the West Coast?
Pilsner replied to Pilsner's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I did not at all expect this kind of response. I figured maybe, perhaps, possibly a dozen would come out of the woodwork who have no roots to Buffalo but yet show their true colors here. You all who have posted make me proud to be a Bills fanatic. It has not been easy for many of you but you still are loyal. Our time will come gentlemen and gentle ladies. I think this FO finally has it down. It will take another few drafts to solidify their strategy. But finally, we are on our way. And when our Beloved Bills win our first SB, you know what? (assuming when a new ownership takes place and hopefully keeps our current FO in charge) I think our team will be built for a long term charge for multiple SB's. I don't want a Dan Sneider way of charging for one SB win but instead I want our team to be built for multiple SB runs. (I do not for the most part mean to disparage Ralph, although i do a little on occasion, but we know he is older than an elder gent and I do hope we get a solid owner to take over when Ralph sells or passes. If we do finally win it all under Ralph then so be it and I hope he smiles and realizes what great fans we are) Many here want just this one SB win. As do I in a way. After reading the threads on here for a few years I can see now that even one SB win can be so significant and to the older folks as well who have been loyal for so long. But in the end I want our team to be built to make multiple runs. Not winning it in 4 chances presses hard on my heart. I'm just glad to see folks who are as distant from Buffalo as I am who are as optimistic about our team as I am. We've weathered the storms and finally I see a FO in place that knows what it's doing with know how and common sense. Barring a catastrophic meteor crashing into any of our rookies training I think we're progressing up. Finally. Personally I don't give a crap about cycles. Some people think teams just go in these cycles of winning and losing. With good coaching, good talent evaluators, and good drafting we should have a team that will vie for the SB every year. We'll see how things go. Just as most weekends i'm drunkie off my azz but I hope my thoughts have come across in some sort of a decent semblance. Thank you all distant Buffalo fans for showing your zip! Goshies, these pilsners do get to me.
