He only threw 19 times. Not a lot. One of his passes was a 75 yard bomb. This is why his average is so funky. Math is fun.

8-19 passing. He only threw 19 times!! That is not a lot for a QB. And that falls on the offensive coordinator. They weren’t having him throw on purpose. It it will be interesting to see how Josh performes when throwing 35 times a game.

Ok so should we do away with the safety while we’re at it? Its the end zone, and it’s treated differently than the rest of the field. Don’t get tackled in your own end zone, and don’t fumble through it when trying to score. The end zone is treated differently, and I have no problem with that. not to mention that this rule has probably been this way since the rules of football were written in the 1900s. It would be like getting rid of the forward pass. It would be unethical.

I don’t think injuries are the problem. He a high paid tight end that doesn’t produce. He has what; 5 catches this season for 100 yards? And a turnover to boot. His best years were in Miami.

Yes sir. I was at a Cuse v Cincinnati basketball game back when he was the head coach of Syracuse football. Me and my bro were up in the nosebleeds, and so was Doug. He was in a suit, and he must have been entertaining potential recruits way up there. I don’t know why they didn’t have better seats. Anyway, after a few Dome foams, me and my bro were convinced it was actually him (we were unsure why he’d be in the nosebleeds, plus we weren’t totally positive it was him. It’s weird seeing someone in real life vs TV.) We would yell to him every time he stood up or walked by us, and he mostly ignored us. Finally he looked at us when we yelled to him and he said.. “alright guys”. It it was a total jerk, dismissive move. What an jack wagon. Did he seem like a jerk on TV when he coached on Buffalo? Well it wasn’t an act, the guy is a jerk in real life. He couldn’t even say hi to a couple fans.

I don’t think he was ever seriously considered by the Pegulas, and I don’t know why that is. Anyway, best of luck, he’s an offensive coach and he has lots of talent in LA.

Initially I thought OP was referring to the head coach of the eagles. That doesn’t make sense tho. Does it matter? WHO CARES!
