I have never understood the Dalton love. Sure it was fun and exciting watching him beat the Ravens on that play, but let’s give credit where credit is due. The BILLS ground out on 9 hard wins. They had heart and and won the games they needed to. Did we get a little lucky 9 wins was good enough? Sure. but we had missed the playoffs for like 20 seasons before that. We have certainly had our fair share of bad luck. That season with Tyrod and Shady, 9 was enough.

He clearly has a subscription to NFL gamepass. But seriously, I always liked Roman. I remember Shady running wild with some of his schemes.

McDermott will have them focused, no doubt.

I like the way our current line is developing.. but they aren’t as good as the one we had anchored by Wood and Incognito. I remember that game when Freddy ran for over 200 yards. Incredible effort by Freddy for sure, but Richie was blowing up huge holes for him to run thru. Now those were the days!

Winning on the road isn’t easy but yea, we should beat the Giants.

For me it feels different because people don’t seem to be over joyed. We we took care of business, and that’s it. It’s an odd feeling for a Bills fan.

Took the Panthers to a Super Bowl.. that’s a pretty legit accomplishment for any QB I’d say.

It is a bummer that the list is so outdated. McFaddens in Stamford wasn’t bad, but now it’s closed. Maybe Brother Jimmies has something now for Bills fans? I watched games with these folks before. I got Shady in one of my leagues as well. I just picked up Gore. but I’d hang onto Shady. He will land on another team, and could still have a good season and score some points. It just wont be as fun as he will not be wearing a Bills uniform.

Having multiple, overpaid under performing aging players will do that.. See Dareus, Super Mario, etc. It adds up after awhile. Beane is being progressive by getting rid of Shady now rather than taking the hit.

Just cuz you have it doesnt mean you should use it, especially on marginal, over the hill player. Thats how you get into cap hell. Just ask Buddy Nix.

I always like Shady. For a few years, he was the heart and soul of the team. He played a BIG role in getting us to the playoffs and ending that damn curse. He is a Bills legend and will be missed. Thank you Shady!
