Yeah it's not working for me anymore either. This link seems to work if you paste it into a download manager, I'm not sure if it will work in a browser: http://www.billszone.com/media/download/click.php?id=72423 Although when I downloaded it, I had to rename it, as it gets saved as 'click.php'. But it's the same file.

I don't know why you don't want to download anything, VLC is a very small file. If you don't want to INSTALL anything new on your computer, try MPUI with MPlayer, it's a standalone video player just as good as VLC.
