  1. Why on earth should anyone in Buffalo care? I'm not an "NFL fan". I'm a BILLS fan. For God's sake. Let's all start glorifying his WWII career now.
  2. Dude your username makes me angry. Schobel bites.
  3. Is it just me or does that no-huddle look kinda like they're not really running it as fast as they should be, or at least if they wanted to win their couple of series?
  4. I got nothing bad to say about that offense, yet. But the defense is still sh--. Fewell, methinks, is an idiot.
  5. I sure hope Maybin is as good as they say, and he signs tomorrow.
  6. It ain't the offense that's pissing me off.
  7. Wow. This team actually looks worse than they did at the end of last year.
  8. Say what you want about Lynch, but something tells me he wouldn't own fighting dogs. And in New Mexico where I live now, the gun charge wouldn't even exist. And that Canuck chick was drunk and in the crosswalk, too.
  9. I just saw that this loser bought his weapons from the same place that the West Virginia college !@#$head terrorist got his guns. The owners of that website need to be publicly hung and burned alive. Sorry, but free enterprise, my arsehole.
  10. I know, totally! I mean, don't they know how close Afghanistan and Iraq were to invading us? But as far as the story goes, if the weather does such a number on this flag that it's nothing but a few unrecognizeable shreds when and if the guy's son returns to take it down, is that really honoring him? Not that his stupid nosey neighbors have a right to stop him from flying it (in my opinion, he should be allowed to fly any flag he wishes), but the question is not about them, it's about whether letting the flag get all gross and shredded is doing anything at all to honor his son. To me, it's nothing more than superstition on the father's part, with him being afraid to take it down for fear of jinxing his son's safe return. It's irrational and doesn't deserve our accolades as much as our sympathy.
  11. That's what a world of sheep will facilitate.
  12. If the Orange Bowl people had not shot him down, Ralph would have never even come to Buffalo with his team in the first place. I never knew that before he talked about it yesterday. Look, Ralph totally deserved a nod in the HOF for what he did for the AFL-NFL merger and for the financial deals he worked out to keep smaller market teams afloat, even if he was doing both things to further his own cash cow. But he really has done alot of things that can be scrutinized and questioned, when it comes to his management of his team. Which is probably why he had to wait til his 90th year to get inducted.
  13. Wow, so Vince Wilfork is less of a dick than Jason Peters. Mindblowing stuff.
  14. I just adore how quickly so many people jump on this chick's neck. Rush and Hannity would be proud of you guys.
  15. On Friday, June 27, (2008) Lynch entered a guilty plea in a traffic charge relating to a hit-and-run incident. The fine was $100 and his license was revoked for a year. It appears that a portion of the public felt it was a slap on the wrist and an injustice to the legal system. Truth is, the punishment did fit the crime. Taking a step back and digesting the entire incident, it's apparent that the hit-and-run was immediately down graded to a "bump-and-run" by the Buffalo Police Department. The circumstances surrounding the victim's injuries were purely accidental and unfortunate, and were void of any malicious or reckless intent. The victim's injuries included minor cuts and stitches before being released at the hospital. It's these minor injuries in an area known for drinking establishments, combined with inclement weather, that gave the Buffalo Police reason to not pursue Lynch more aggressively. There were too many unknowns and variables in this incident to drag him down to the station and be booked on any specific charges.... ...No one came forward to testify that Marshawn (visible public target) was intoxicated. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/34025-m...nd-run-incident
  16. How long do we have to wait for the Peters fan Club to find the Eagles website?
  17. I'm not waiting for ESPN to do anything except maybe go away. The only time I am even privy to the crap spewed on that rag of a channel is when you dingleberries post it here. Otherwise, that entire family of Disney programming has been taken off my favorites List and I don't even see them in my Guide.
  18. Thank you! I remember being pretty damned happy about how Walker was playing that first month or whatever it was. I can only hope that we see Turk Schonert become a genius this year, that's all I can say. And remember, you can do alot of things, with even mediocre guys, if you get the defense tired and confused, so let's all pray for the no-huddle thing to actually WORK, eh? I don't wanna see this team squander the T.O. show for the one season they have with him, that's all I know.
  19. Now THAT deserved a bump. Good sh--.
  20. Um, someone destined for a career in planning and development for the city of Buffalo, I hope. Heck, I'd move back for that.
  21. I'm crossing my fingers that a good deal of the Bills' late-season, flexible-scheduling games are gonna end up on national TV, anyways, so DTV can lick my balls.
  22. Sometimes it's really easy to locate the people with no pets.
  23. And to think, I thought I was supercool last week when I got the $20 deal. Thing is, I told the guy at the time that the Superfan was also too expensive, and he gave me one option, to remove it entirely or keep it for the $16.50 for six months. After reading this thread, I called DTV back and spoke with someone who told me that I, personally, am not eligible to receive the SF for ANY sort of discount, and when I asked why, he gave me the "it all depends on your history, packaging, etc." but wouldn't commit to actually telling me what PART of my history isn't up to snuff. I'm never late, this is already my second year of my two-year deal, yaddayadda, so it basically boils down to the fact that, instead of having Premier, I subscribe to the chincy Family Package for $29.99 a month. He wouldn't tell me outright that this was the reason, but that's why. So oh well, I won't get to see my Bills in HD every game....this year....muhuhuhahahahahahahaha
  24. Goodell probably had a few dogs, himself. In fact, Vick probably could have personally ruined the future of the NFL if he'd have named all the players, coaches, and their family members who were involved in these atrocities. Goodell's probably shaking just to hand him THESE four games.
