  1. Jolly good fun. Here's the Bills one for those interested only in that: http://daveartlocker.blogspot.com/2013/02/what-if-all-nfl-logos-were-british.html
  2. Five days ago: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/155754-dwight-freeney-anyone/page__hl__freeney
  3. The much-hated Bryan Cox was a valuable twilight-of-his-career player for Parcells and Belichick. He wasn't the same player he was in Miami but his experience and knowledge of the system was highly valued by his coaches.
  4. There are still a lot of people here who believe we should draft Alabama's Honey Badger, Dee Milliner. I hate the idea but he's supposed to be a great football player, as all honored with that moniker must be.
  5. Well, I didn't know the gun was loaded. That's definitely bad. And the earlier account I read suggested that he brought the gun to the attention of security but I just read a report that the gun was found during a search of his luggage. That seems to contradict what I read earlier.
  6. More details: http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/02/19/official-jackson-numbers-left-out-signing-bonus-incentives/ As officially recorded, it’s a one-year, $1.75 million deal with no guaranteed money or incentives. In reality, the deal includes a $500,000 signing bonus (which already has been paid) and incentives that could earn Jackson another $2.25 million, if he takes 65 percent of the snaps on offense. More specifically, Jackson will get an extra $500,000 if he takes half of the snaps in 2013. He’ll get an additional $750,000 if he takes 60 percent of the snaps. And he’ll pick up another $1 million if he takes 65 percent of the snaps. In all, it’s a $2.25 million package with $2.25 million in available incentives. The guarantee is $500,000.
  7. Hmmm, he certainly knows how to hit a nerve/generate traffic.
  8. Awesome post, Mark. Perhaps it would be instructive for those minimalizing the loss of Levitre to read this thread: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/155600-the-53-year-anniversary-bills-wall-of-shame-awards/
  9. Well after reading everyone's opinion I still think there's a chance that he'll be in the 24%. But I really have no idear.
  10. Besides the obvious discharging of the firearm, the fact that Bowers voluntarily and pre-emptively surrendered the weapon whereas Plax concealed it in a nightclub is another obvious difference. I don't see how a judge will look at these two incidents as being equivalent.
  11. You sure do have a strange way of celebrating. Happy Birthday Tipster.
  12. Maybe Astrobot is projecting Jordan to be gone by our pick?
  13. Your text was about 3 days late: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/155767-colin-brown-re-signed/page__hl__%2Bcolin+%2Bbrown
  14. Why'd you say "nothing on Joe B's report on contract details" when his report included the contract details?
  15. No picking a player later in the draft doesn't make him any better. However if you're not sure if a player is gonna be successful or not (and this is the case with the majority of drafted players) you mitigate the risk by drafting that player later on. Thus taking EJ Manuel at #40 is a reasonable risk while taking him at #8 is probably not.
  16. Perhaps a thread merge is in order? http://sports.yahoo.com/news/nfl--the-pass-rush-project--ezekiel--ziggy--ansah-is-the-latest--raw--superathletic-de-to-make-waves--200203777.html
  17. I'm not denying the pattern. I'm denying the belief that you can predict how a player will perform based on what college he played at.
  18. Can you clarify exactly what it is that bothers you about Whaley's comments? I'm not following you.
  19. Dominates what? The annual chicken wing eating contest at the Big Tree Inn?
