  1. QCity, I've watched hundreds of Nassib's throws. We'll just have to agree to disagree.
  2. And I like some others wonder how he fits in this defense.
  3. It really seems to be bothering him, I agree. I didn't see all the Gruden QB Camp episodes but Landry Jones was pretty impressive. I thought we all agreed we were jumping off houses this year. QFT While reading Kirby Jackson's humorous scene I was reminded of the Buddy Nix-Mark Dominick phone call. The "Gordio Scenario" is very plausible IMO because Nix expressed in that call that he was dissatisfied with the QB prospects this year. I can well imagine a split opinion in the Bills camp. Also the Bills did their due diligence on a bunch of QBs, some not expected to be drafted until the 3rd, 4th rounds. It's not out of the realm of possibility that the Bills don't go high at QB.
  4. Oh thank God you're safe. Some kid stole your avatar and we were all worried about you. With posters it's a bit different because I think the team is probably lying while the fans are trying to talk themselves into liking the pick. Or something like that.
  5. Dennis Shaw was more like Matt Kofler as far as the beach ball throws go. And both of them went to San Diego State. I'm an old !@#$ too.
  6. Excited about Barkley? That's an oxymoron. Kinda like getting excited about a new line of sugar-free vanilla candy.
  7. Agree and agree. At minicamp the Bills lined up with a 3 man front of (left to right) Branch-Dareus-Carrington. That has me excited. We could be really stout against the run on run downs at least. And I agree that Star is a top ten talent also.
  8. I'm not skeptical. I just didn't understand what you were reacting to because you never characterized who wrote what. Worst QB situation? That's a good discussion.
  9. I wasn't debating that, just your mischaracterization of Lotulelei.
  10. That might have been the case last year when as a rookie, he was miscast as a strongside linebacker. But what is your view of Bradham's upside? I think he could become an excellent linebacker and I'm expecting substantial improvement this year.
  11. Huge windup? Really? Nassib has a short, compact windup. I agree that he is a pusher/putter, kinda like Trent was but that makes for a quick release.
  12. It's probably the same reason Dwight Freeney, Brandon Moore and John Abraham (and others) are still out there. They're high-priced veterans who believe that they are worth more than the market is offering. "Perform" cartwheels? Why not just execute them and spare us making a big show of it? BTW, that reminds me. I wonder if Kas has an update from the Sundowner.
  13. That's cool! A nationally available show about the Bills by former Bills? I'll listen to that.
  14. Someone on this board wrote it or someone in the media wrote it? Or was it something you saw written on a wall somewhere? What exactly are we responding to here?
  15. I think you have bad info on Lotulelei. There were 22 NT/DTs at the combine and only 5 had longer arms than the 6'4" Lotulelei. http://footballsfuture.com/2013/combine/dt.html This guy is the second coming of Haloti Ngata.
  16. I think he can start right away. He played all four years and was a 3-year starter in a pro-style offense. He's an Academic All-American and is working on his second degree. No reason why he couldn't start as a rookie.
  17. Also, why is there another !@#$ing QB thread? Don't the Bills have other needs at other positions that we haven't even begun talking about? The answer is yes.
