IDK, would you trade Shaq straight up for a 6th? I would not. IMO Clowney is overvalued if the Texans want more than a second. They should continue to wait it out. The longer the wait, the better the bargaining position. If he goes elsewhere for a 1st, so be it.

A 2nd is fine IMO. Don't see them throwing in Shaq too. He's a young starting caliber DE in this league if even if he's not a big sack producer. If Shaq is included in the deal then I'd expect Clowney and a pick back.

Last year it was easy to keep 3 QBs because some parts of the roster stunk (Oline and WR). This year is a lot different. We likely have real talent available for that extra spot. I can see the Bills keeping 7 WRs, as an example, and that extra WR comes from dumping the 3rd QB.

He was under utilized which is how you get 1st round talent in a 3rd round pick. This pick is big for Allen, providing another receiving layer. Think Newton- Olson for our Carolina connection. Really like this pick.

Bills have to figure what position will have a run first, OL or WR. I would figure OL first, so they might want to move up to get their guy. Then maybe a WR they like falls and they can jump back in the round. IDK, but wish they had 2 seconds.

Get Risner in the 2nd and Isabella in the 3rd. After that need depth at LB and secondary.

I agree with swapping 1st rounders. We gain a player and don't lose any picks. Like to keep as many picks as possible.

Agree and I'm not at all sure that there is elite talent beyond a few guys. They did great in FA but there are lots of spots for depth. I's say the Bills need to add 1 each of WR, TE, OT, S, CB, RB, DT, EDGE. I'd like to see 3 new LB's competing for spots on the team. That adds up to 11 players via the draft or FA still to come that might have legitimate shots. Lots of value in the draft from mid to late round 1 through round 3, generally the sweet spot.

I think BPA may be a little broader in concept, meaning that players are likely rated in tiers and then you select your pick of need if they are on the same tier. All the players you listed could be on the same tier and therefore any of them is an BPA pick. When players fall and their tier grade is higher, you should select them regardless.

Bojorquez (hope spelling is right) was easily our best punter last year. His job to lose.

He ran a 5.01 40 at 306 lbs. Not sure how much faster at 285. So, as a blocker that might catch 5 passes a year...maybe. I'd rather go big here in the draft.

I think we'll draft one too, and I like Croom as a TE experiment much more than Thomas.
