  1. Yep. I doubt the network gods will pass on cam and wilson tho
  2. Stats are for losers. Power rankings are laughable. Show me the "W"'s. That's all that matters. Win and all else takes care of itself... go bills
  3. He's physically a freak, but mentally weak, basically an old school, 4-3 one trick pony DE, game's passed him by. When Wade made him stand up in Houston's D, that was the beginning of the end
  4. he'll probably be there in 3rd 4th round.. but...
  5. Where do these posts come from ? If your going to post ,first have some idea what you're talking about
  6. the whole thing is a joke. where is the "game" this year? Detroit? Akron?
  7. +1. a healthy Shady with a healthy O Line is potent stuff. We have both for the first time right now.
  8. few weapons. Goodwin's a sideshow, Woods a drop machine and Sammy, Salas, Listenbee are out. TT's numbers would be top 50% of league if two of those 3 were healthy. coaches and GM know that. if his QBR stays in top 10 (he's no. 7 right now) without Sammy all year and team has winning record, we probably have our guy for now, as he will only get better when those 3 come back. thank goodness perhaps our least important position group (if wins are what you want) is the one hit by injuries. you'd get a better read on TT if that position group were healthy, but I'll take the wins myself. Vikings are 5-0 without their all star QB, LT and RB and a few others. I'll take that. Leave the player evals to the offseason.... go bills.
  9. i always underestimate it. 30 years of experience tell me when the you say you're from Buffalo, the smiles start. Gonna take a long time to overcome what Jimmy Griffin did to that place in the public eye. From experience, I can tell you Buffalo has been a national joke punchline for as long as i can remember. I hope the Bills can cover that the way the Steelers and others do for their cities. Gonna take a long time. Start now.
  10. The media ( and I) probably won't buy in this year no matter what they do until year end and we see what we have then. The market is too small for the media to care much in general, no big new star to market (other than Rex), the franchise is carrying 16 year old bags full of suck. It's going to take time. Look at the Bengals. Good team, tons of winning seasons... but you never hear much. Bills are kind of like that. Not really "marketable". Tiny fan base relative to most of the league. No stars. It's like Cincinnati, or Detroit-- who cares? It's Buffalo, for crissake .. who cares? Now the Raiders? Super marketable as they are "the Raiders". They have a brand. Bills need to build a brand of some kind, based on something, not sure what it is. Maybe it's Rex's snarky personality (seriously). He may be it. Something for the media to build a brand around. Sounds corny, but that's what the franchise needs. A brand identity. Not sure what it is right now. Maybe TT takes it to the next level, becomes Russell Wilson with actual QB stats to go with it. Becomes Vick but with class. Something. We shall see.
  11. Yet another Whaley gem...
  12. 3 wins , 2 losses, thats the rank I pay attention to
  13. no way Gilmore's back. write it down. He's is simply not worth it. kudos to Whaley for drafting Kevon Seymour.
  14. i think this guy is actually Jerry Sullivan. Yeah, TT isn't asked to carry the team. Maybe he's not worth the contract, but what NFL starting QB is? Brock Osweiler? Tannehill? If TT is just average this year, Bills will try to renegotiate the contract down I am sure. But, there are 11 games left. Let's see how those go. He's all we have right now and we won't draft high enough to get a great prospect. That Gillislee TD doesn't happen with any other QB in the league. Can't we just enjoy the team wins?
  15. yep, we'll probably lose to Rams (who may be as good as the no gronk, no brady team we played last week), and everyone will want their heads again. rinse, repeat I'm in DC and he was very good for Redskins as well. no sure how he fell off the radar
  16. he'll do it again on Sunday against a better defense; then you will believe
  17. Darby would have taken him down. Gilmore wants to take down $$$$.
  18. he will be solid rotational player for this year once Dareus is in full swing ; plus he'll have an offseason to get a lot stronger, which is what all rookie DLs do. they're never ready for the NFL coming out of combine season; these 4 games of in season reps can only help. another win for Whaley.
  19. he'll walk. count on it. just like 26 and Whitner, etc etc before him. they're divas just like WRs, but good corners actually get paid
  20. this is what will happen if the Bills become respectable/good/really good. opposing fans will start dumping on the area (B-lo, WNY) in general. Watch. The snow jokes, etc. will start flying. Need to just ignore that stuff.
  21. Did you see Gilmore step out of Blount's way yesterday? Wow. Talk about blatant "me first" attitude. Time to make plans to move on from the 80m contract that guy will want.
  22. watch him replace Gilmore with Kevon Seymour or a draft choice next year. Save the franchise 70-80mil and get the same production, which ain't much. you can see Gilmore protecting his body out there already. did you see his "O-Lay!" move on Blount yesterday? Gutless.
  23. a real opportunity to beat these guys in NE is slipping away again.. all our top paid guys are falling apart. amazing. why can't f ing corey graham have a bad knee , foot or ankle? only with us its our #1 WR, franchise LT and TE, plus franchise DT is a pothead. geez
  24. not interested. I live in DC, and Dan Snyder will move the team before he changes the name of his childhood team.
